Where is the hypocrisy? You can still support the club when you don’t or can’t attend matches, but there are many who say they don’t care any more but come on the forum and invite others to do the same. Our position is not the same as Wednesday and I don’t see the similarities. We are having financial issues as we know, along with other clubs who were punished for it. For some reason, our punishment is being kept a secret!

I only mean hypocrisy in complaining about people criticising though still giving the club money whilst claiming anyone who has stopped isn’t a really fan. People on both sides of the ownership argument are true, loyal fans. I think to get pissed off and passionate enough to not be able to go shows that. Whereas we know we have a lot of attending people on match days who are very apathetic and just go out of habit. I think if people say they don’t care they are saying so as a reactionary thing as being on here and ranting about the running of the club shows you care. But yes in a long, roundabout way, I do agree with what you have said there so I would not refer to that explanation as hypocritical.

The Sheffield Wednesday thing, again, it is not about us being like them now. It is them being not like this 2 years ago and decending into the mess they are in the past year. Personally I just see some similarities with Chasiri and Aiyawatt but yeah, may be a cultural stereotype but the thin skinned and fragile ego seem similar. And with KP struggling, I don’t think you can rule it out. But that’s not the same as saying it will definitely happen.

I just think we need to be ready for anything.

I do understand their way of reasoning but what it comes down to is a lack of critical thinking skills. These people are billionaires, they aren’t giving more than they are taking from communities.

The one that really irks me is this idea that we won the league because of them - if that were the case then we wouldn’t have been such a memorable story. Why do your family members think it was so special, for neutrals as well as us? Our first 11 cost about £20 million and no other manager would have won us that title, yet Ranieri gets almost no credit (even on here).

It was a combination of Pearson & Walsh (squad building) and Ranieri (tactics / mentality), not investment, that made the crucial difference.

I’m not grateful to KP in the slightest, it’s all circumstance on their part, not genius or philanthropy.

However much I agree, I still believe Vichai played a huge part. He’s helped build the infrastructure of the club back, treated every player as if they were family (which has always been Leicester’s identity) and without his financial backing we wouldn’t of been able to compete - granted we’ve won the league with the ‘cheapest’ of teams but we still had players on wages we’d of never had been able to afford and broke transfer records. But as always, football isn’t a simple business and it does take bringing in the right management/back room staff etc who are capable of building something special too

I think where people can’t differentiate is, we’ve had a completely different approach from King Power since Top took the reins. The club has slowly been rotting internally to the point it is in now, there is no relationship between ownership and fans, players don’t seem to be happy here or have any relationship with Top and we’ve gone from being ran very well to having no real direction/responsibility.

Any fans who have followed things closely have been raising concerns about where the club has been heading for the past 4-5 years, however there is a lot that think we’ll either all of a sudden become the envy of the world again or believe that KP has an unlimited amount of time due to recent success/Vichai passing.

We are too busy living in the past and fearful of believing that it’s now impossible to have ambition to lose the tag of ‘little old Leicester’. Media spoon-fed everyone that the Premier League is too big of a step for any promoted sides now, look how much everyone accepted getting relegated with a lot just believing we’ll just walk the championship this season.

I think it’s going to take a few years in the championship and to see some players like Fatawu, Monga and Ricardo to have left for the alarm bells to start ringing for some before they start questioning how far the club has fell. Unfortunately it could be too late by then with too much damage caused, a lot of fans want action now/last few seasons whilst we were still a club held in high regards.

Why would anyone want the club to suffer? Maybe people are just fed up of spending hard earned money to fund an owner and players wages who don’t give a damn. With costs going up, people have to make these choices.

As for the Sheff Weds comparisons. Nobody is saying we are there now obviously. You are completely missing the point. They were at this point a couple of years ago and it has unravelled further. The point being made is, there are similarities in some aspects to it’d be naive to think that couldn’t happen to us in the coming years. Not to say it definitely will be it could.

And FYI,  nobody who doesn’t give a toss about the club likely uses a forum like this. We all post on here because we care. I see both arguments but to claim people who have stopped wanting to give the club their money don’t give a toss is no different to what you are complaining about which is quite hypocritical.

Brilliant points !

Our fans don't give this idiot or Rudkin near enough of a hard time, they get away with it scot free.

There should be mass organised protests, but we'll wait until we're in League 1 with another point deduction or administration before doing so.

Talk about patience !!!
Im amazed nothing has been aimed at Khun Top

Boycott next game. Really not hard but most ST holders don’t have the bottle

Too many are too afraid that they won’t get tickets again if they step out of line/give up their ST

Best decision I made not renewing this summer, last season was painful to go down. Club isn’t having my money until things change

Get out the club! We can’t as a fan base give this manager time because you didn’t allow him a full pre-season… that’s on you as is most of the failures the club! Leave now!
