Forget Rudkin !!
 

If you’re going to Charlton and you don’t want to voice your opinion and call out Khun Top / KP get out of our club or we want King Power out or similar then I really don’t know what you are seeing !

Marti's press conference wound me right up with regards to his political answers around transfers. 

 

Thing is, he answered like all managers do. They never reveal anything and nor should they. He absolutely done the right thing. The logical part of my brain knows this but that other part of my brain wanted to dive through the screen and pull his hair! 

 

....I think it's because we've been starved of any information what so ever from the club.

The one thing I was looking forward to and enjoyed the last time we got relegated was 3pm kick offs. We won't even get those anymore with these multiple daft 12.30kos

He wasn't even asked about transfers.....which means the club have told the press not to ask about it or risk their wrath (which is access). 

 

Now its a case of why the club would do that....would it be because we are lining up a load of exciting signings or.................................

Think sadly we'll be coming back with 0 points going for a disappointing 2-1 defeat once again. Hope I'm wrong but can't see much improvement on Saturday.

I had forgotten all about this. 

 

I can remember every other team in history that won the Premier League and performed a great escape. But this one ironically escaped me. Thanks for the reminder!!!

I'd be quite happy for the club to be ran in to the ground, because we achieved something and flirted with a little future success, then completely ****ed it

This has all the makings of being a repeat of last week, with a home crowd that will be just as up for it as Preston were, if not more so. They're a newly promoted team, with fans and players pulling in the same direction, which is to be expected. In comparison to ourselves and with that in mind, the level of disconnect felt towards some players could be even more apparent than it was against Preston.

I’ve got all nostalgic for that feeling twenty odd years ago when we were the footballing equivalent of a pack of Revels. 
 

We could be good, we could be shit, we could be weak. 
 

Back slumming it into the flat roof pub we started out in.

I've watched us at The Valley about five times and never seen us won. My only positive memory of the place is a late equaliser from Les Ferdinand. Weirdly I think Charlton scored twice on every occasion I've seen us play there.

 

I can't make it tomorrow, so we'll likely win.
