In retrospect, being unable to score in 210 mins of football against 11 farmers I should’ve never been angry at Brendan for being unable to score in 180 mins against Roma

 

It all makes sense now.

He doesn't do tactics anymore.  He's coached us to play in a certain way and we will now play that way 100% of the time against every team, which is usually enough against the plodders and therefore acceptable to the board no matter how eye bleeding it gets.  

Possession-above-all tactics are on the way out, and by extension so is Rodger's time as a manager of note.

Donovan and Murray should start every game from now on but won't Rodgers is a dick im sure someone in here called him an analogue manager in a digital world

I'm not even sure he gets the brilliant first two years now. The Forest squad isn't built for possession football as ours was under Puel, and possession for its own sake football is pretty well dead now in the Prem. 

 

So I hope he gets the gig there.

Three new teams in the Champions league which I guess is nice to see in a competition dominated by the big boys and money.

 

Well done to them .

 

There will be a few teams hoping they avoid a trip to Kairat or Bodo .

With your obsession of Forest and mine of that dwarf, it’ll be good to see our worlds collide 😂

 

A couple of Forest fans I’ve seen really really don’t want him anywhere near their club. Seems like he’s held in less regard with clubs he’s never managed than he is with ones he has managed
