I know of atleast one current youth player (not Page) who was slagged off in the changing room by a group from the first team in French.

They didnt know that he spoke French.

Imagine that, you get some minutes in the first team and get slagged off in a different language by those you probably look upto.

I feel sorry for any youth having to feature in this squad of rats.

Honestly. Just three more opportunities to see some serious injuries dished out. Hopefully Millwall somehow bring Muscat back for a game.

The only positive of relegation is that we might see some of our academy players get a good run in the team. Top of which should be Page, followed by Braybooke, Aluko and Alves.

I don’t think we’ll have many options but to use them.

I do think they’re overhyped though, so we might be in for another season of hard truths.

Possibly, but at least the effort levels will go up.

Yeah, you really can. Theres 1 or 2 players i would hope it isnt, such as Ricardo, but besides that, it could be any one of them!

The source is extremely reliable. He's near on 60 years old so hes got no interest in making things up or spreading false stuff. He works at Seagrave with the youth team and from when I saw him there, he was speaking to all the youth players like Aluko, Page & Monga like a friend so I got the impression he works with them daily - or atleast did when they were in the academy.

Hopefully League One leaves us no choice but to play our promising young players and they don't all decide to fxxk off at the first opportunity.

I imagine the promising young playwes will be sold and we'll be left with the c*u*n*t*s

Sounds credible.

I hope the club don’t read this forum because you may have identified him from the details you’ve given!

Yeah, to be fair I think he only told me when I asked if there were any nob heads in the first team..

Probably a silly question really because its full of them lol. This was a couple of months back though when I was probably more naive to just how bad things are / were.

I think all this needs to come out. As supporters who pay our hard earned money we deserve to know in forensic detail what’s gone on.

I don’t think it would surprise anyone to hear there are nobheads in the first team. It’s so obvious from body language and behaviour, and that translates into performances.

The source is very reliable as he works at Seagrave with the academy lads and knows them all very well.

He didn't say who the youth player was but my guess is Aluko.

As for those responsible,  again he didn't say but I would suspect the likes of Mavididi and Ayew too. Can't imagine Skipp and Winks bitching in French.

I would guess Monga has African french speaking heritage, Aluko is a good shout as he's quite a well educated kid I believe.

Your guess of Mavididi and Ayew is probably absolutely spot on if true.

A man in his 60s who has links to our academy. Hmmmmmm.

Yeah, quite possibly. He didnt say and to be fair, I didn't want to ask, but when you narrow it down to who might speak French, and who seems that toxic, theres a hand full of suspects.

Same with whoever the youth player was. He didn't say, but again can narrow it down because theres only a small handful that have had a snippet of first team football.

Its a shame, just seems such a horrible environment. I dont think for one minute its the reason youth arent getting minutes,  but its probably a blessing that they arent!

Would imagine it would have been the Southampton game too when he was sent off. If there was ever a game where the senior players need to pull together it was that one. Aluko took the first yellow as no one else offered any protection. He had Vestergaard next to him, and Wout Faes.

I've always known Mavadidi is a tw@t (only need to look at his socials and listen to his interviews), but i've long had suspicions Ayew is an outright nasty piece of work and has contributed a lot to our rot this year.

If it’s true about the senior pros, disgusting and to think they get upset by a few boos. To toxicity levels are astounding, players like that need to be rooted out and made to train alone.,

As I pointed out elsewhere a player at age 17 as long as they aren’t in full time education, can sign a contract but at the age of 18 when they become of age have to re sign their contract. In effect the likes of Page, like Monga if indeed they have  signed contracts have a get out clause.

I am left wondering what my advice would be if one of my sons was seen as a top talent, but the club they were with got relegated to the third tier in football and there was a get out of jail card

I know what I’d do, if I had offers elsewhere.

You see, this is where good leadership and culture and strategy comes in.

It's a relatively easy sell for a proper, strong administration like, say, a red bull type structure. A club laughably too big for league one, resetting itself with elite, ambitious, super fit  youngsters, a radical management and coaching philosophy being handed  a dream opportunity to build from the bottom up, elite facilities. Big crowds. Momentum. A pledge to be in the PL inside three seasons.

Nope, it'll be JR asking 'how much do you want?' from behind a curtain and that's about it.

Page will be off. To an Ipswich or Cov or Brum.
