I really hate Faes, Vestergaard and Winks as people.

Wow. That's too strong. If you do, you've got issues (or not enough issues!).

Any team that plays us know they will get 3 or 4 decent chances from self inflicted errors .... and as last night costs us the points

I guess the only solace is that it's in our hands to cut them out, it's not like anyone has cut us apart to score.

Looking at the goals we've conceded so far in the League:

Wednesday - missed 4 easy chances to clear it, awful goal to concede

First Preston goal - Jakub insanity

Second Preston goal - probably the only goal that we've conceded that had any quality from the opposition but still awful from our point of view.

Oxford - an oggy and another Jakob mistake palming it into danger

West Brom - Faes

Wrexham - Jannik/Skipp

Marti has made us quite a bit meaner in terms of conceding chances, which is again what I thought everyone wanted this season after leaking like a sieve last season.

We were comfortable for the first hour. There was no danger of anything other than a home win.  And then they made their changes and adjusted their tactics again (after they'd done so at half time without affecting the game ).  And we made some changes too.  the result of the changes in personnel and tactics was that the game evened out and they began to create openings.  And our defending was grim - you could argue that it hadn’t been an issue prior to their changes because they never really put much pressure on us.   But even in those early skirmishes in the first half, you could see that we didn’t look solid. Hats off to Parkinson for playing the long game and biding his time and keeping the game tight until he needed to open things up a bit.

BBC Sport Match Report:

After all, back when Leicester were taking on Atletico Madrid in the last-eight of the Champions League in 2017, Wrexham were being beaten by Braintree on their way to a 13th-placed finish in the National League. Even three years ago there were still four divisions between these two sides, so you could understand why the draw was celebrated with such vigour by the travelling supporters.

Champions League football was less than 10 years ago. The FA Cup win was less than 5 years ago.

He's got 4 in 8 this season, I'd bite your hand off for a striker who gets a goal every other game.

What he's done in other games is irrelevant. I was commenting on his performance vs us.

All valid points... however the idea of the game is we score at least one more goal than the opposition... and has we have no natural or reliable goal scorer it highlights the defensive errors

Fatawu tries his best but has been worked  out.midfieldr steps right and ties in with full back to double up and stop him coming inside and shorten any route out side.

No other tricks at the moment needs some coaching.

His right foot is fine so he should go down the outside occasionally

This is what makes results like Tuesday harder to take. There's no given right to continually compete in European football or win trophies, but the club was in such a strong position before the decline started to take place.

I'll take the criticism of our downfall but I'm not buying the praise for Wrexham doing what they have.

Luton went up to the premier league from Non league in 10 seasons.  This was reported of course but not on the same scale as wrexham's lesser achievements have been, and luton achieved this with modest funds.

The commentary was genuinely unbearable other night. I have kind of ignored most the Wrexham hype as much as I can but you can hear how much they want them to get in the Premier League as soon as possible.

Talking of bias, Darren Fletcher on Forest match last night. Wow. Reminded me of those 106 days where he'd do everything he could to pretend he was neutral and spend the whole show bashing Leicester and Derby.

Half of the casual Wrexham fans from Netflix will lose interest eventually, the other half are likely the same group of people who have previously moaned about Man City and Chelski buying success yet support Wrexham 😂

Least we can all say we've been on our own on a Tuesday night to a half empty SK1

Cifuentes has brought off James for two games in a row and on both occasions it has weakened us. I hope he has noticed.

He could become that pivotal player to supplant Maddison and later KDH. Which means that Cifuentes needs to stop placing speculative multiple subs before keeping effective players on the pitch.
