The logic being good performance = good ownership, but bad performance = not their fault is completely incoherent. You either think that the ownership plays a substantial role in the success or failure of the club or you don't. You can't have it both ways.

We overdid it in BR campaign and paying for it now

(7th highest wage bill in PL) and we budgeted for top 6 finish and got relegated

That's down to senior management, whoever that may be. (Top rudkin susan et al)

BR had a massive part to play in our demise and now we are paying for it

Yes but who budgets for something usually beyond their grasp?

I’m sat here in a house I’ve bought with a mortgage based on my earnings, not based on whether I win a few K every year on some football bets

I also hate the we were always a yo-yo club so we are just back where we belong. Partly because

1. its not true - as someone stated earlier 22nd in all time league and 13th in all time league since prem was created

2. Pre 2012 man city were a yo-yo club similar if not worse level than us if they had a fall from grace should they just accept it because its where they always used to be. If not why one rule for them and another for us?

Couldn’t agree more with this, our history and expectations changed with our success and we were at a stage where relegation should of almost been laughed at

We should have had a boycott party. We really missed a trick!

In the entire history of the club, we've only been a regular fixture in the bottom half of the 2nd tier once and it's when we slid down to the 3rd tier for the only time in our history. Something that happened in the lifetime of the "young" supporters complaining.

Our all time average position in English football is something like 22nd and that's largely due to the ancient Lancashire duffers like Burnley, Blackburn, Bolton and even Preston.

We sit 13th in the dreaded (*gasp*) all time Premier League table.

I really cannot, cannot abide people who pretend we've "always been crap" as if it's not the most disgustingly unambitious thing to say anyway. The club could have literally been founded in 2015 and it would be disgusting that it's been allowed to collapse from winning the league to the current circumstances.

I understand the points you're making, but the first bit is not strictly accurate.

Since our Football League debut in 1894-95, we've had several short periods of regular bottom half 2nd tier finishes:
 1900-01 to 1904-05   finished 11th, 14th, 15th, 18th, 14th
 1912-13 to 1920-21   finished 15th, 18th, 19th, 14th, 12th (excluding 4 WW1 years when there was no national leagues)
 1948-49 to 1950-51   finished 19th, 15th, 14th
 1987-88 to 1990-91   finished 13th, 15th, 13th, 20th
 2004-05 to 2007-08   finished 15th, 16th, 19th, 22nd

well it obviously wasnt beyond there grasp was it, judging by the previous 2 year finishes.

Listen, i am not defending them as the signs were there for a demise.

Lessons i hope well learnt.

Were on a massive sliding slope now but not turning up is not going to make a difference or help the cause is it?

If anything the value of the club will reduce for any potential sale.

Which i dont think is likely

That's because the board allowed it to happen and is the main problem, pure incompetency

Out of every argument this is the one that irritates me the most, because it’s simply bollocks. Following 8 odd years that preceded the last few, evaluated us to a whole new level.

Our demise isn’t natural or organic so to speak. It’s self inflicted incompetence. And I just can’t fathom how no Leicester can be;

A. Outraged by what has happened

B. Not fight to have either Top sell the club, or buck his ideas up and allow someone competent to run it on his behalf.

Just to check we are agreeing here right?

TOTALLY AGREE

They stayed outside until 10 mins etc

They saw the impact

How are LCFC going to see impact tonight.

Attendance will be 25K +

Turn up **** off by all means but they wont see the impact

Like I said LCFC will know the impact with the true crowd figure.

It’s all about media leverage early doors

Try and organise this then?

You only need a few hundred in the same way this has been organized.

You would also get more people likely to join in as well.

If you have paid money for a season ticket and are not going tonight then you should at least get together outside the KP entrance and create some kind of protest... you may even get fans that don't go joining in and fans that go regardless.

You wouldn’t

As I have told you before, two sets of supporters sang anti board chants in the last two games and they were met with violence.

People aren’t going to go nuclear straight away with the threat of that.

chants in the ground are still isolated

Bit different outside the ground though violence should not be tolerated though as with any protest.
