Can anyone who’s ever said this is a good league please step forward and explain?

That, whatever a that was, was an embarrassment for the sport of football.

Stick forest West Ham on tomorrow, at all levels crap exists, we are just our levels crap

Correct. Which is why further decline is inevitable.

If we're losing those two and still cheaping out on recruitment (which is basically guaranteed) then we'll be relegated next year.

We really need a safe pair of hands. I can't believe in the year of our lord 2026 I've found myself agreeing with suggestions that we should bring Tony Mowbray in.

We won and probably the worst I have felt about a performance all year, completely out of ides it seems, Marti does need to just go at this point for both his career and our own good

Forest will win comfortably. West Ham look genuinely worse than we did last season in the Premier League.

Papering over the cracks.

Absolutely no problem with this, if the cracks are not structural, use a nice thick lining paper, 1200 or something, jobs a guddun !

Trying to convince myself that I'm happy we've won, but i'm that numb to everything involving LCFC right now that I honestly don't particularly care.

Only thing that's really left me smiling is Jakub's performance, which was top class. And I guess I was happy to see Page come on and make a positive impact, I think we started to grow into it a little more after then which perhaps deserves a bit more credit given it eventually led to the win.

Everything else was dross tonight - I should be sat here watching Abdul's worldie over and over but I just... don't really fancy it? To call it a pyrrhic victory is an understatement, does absolutely nothing but leave us treading water, prolongs Marti's stint and gives the KPFC weirdos some sort of false vindication for going, even though 90% of them were half way to the Jewry Wall by the time he popped up with it. He had an anonymous game otherwise. Choudhury was f**king awful, defense was largely at sixes and sevens (haha hello Gen Alpha) and even usually reliable players like James and New Skipp were giving away the ball and conceding set pieces left right and centre. It was bloody awful.

I might just skip Cheltenham entirely unless we see A) Souttar back for it and B) the likes of Aluko, Page and Evans involved from the start. It's going to be Daka up top though, we all know it, and that's the point at which I go off and do something else with my Saturday.

Need to get enough points to avoid relegation after incoming points deduction

And write season off

Hopefully will have a new manager next season 🙏

You take smash and grabs if you are up against clearly superior opposition. Despite how much I loathe this squad, that is clearly not the case here. West Brom have now lost 10 successive away games.

Neing 24th in the league for distance covered tells you what you need to know about this squad under this manager.

The only stat that surprised me were that two sides have somehow made less sprints than us. Who on earth are these teams? What on earth are they doing?

How this side is in the top half just absolutely beggars belief.

Us and Derby 12th and 13th is the biggest headscratcher. Both absolutely abysmal.

I am trying to think of a worse leicester performance where we have actually won. Any help greatly appreciated!

Charlton away comes to mind. The same two players saved us then too!

Yet another Rudkin puppet?

Is that REALLY something to look forward to?

Especially as we'll probably be gazumped for James and Fatawu will be flogged to the highest bidder after the World Cup.

Then we'll REALLY have a team to whinge about, especially as NONE of Rudkin's academy kids are really all that..

They do, but still somehow won 3-0 at the swamp earlier in the season.

Hope the hammers can pull off a similar result this time around.

When was the last time the team had a manager that anyone liked?  I liked Matt Gillies, Frank O'Farrell, Martin O'Neil and, of course, Claudio.  Others also had their moments, but mainly short lived.  Pearson had the best win percentage but then, he had to go for non football reasons.  So, who is the magician who can compensate for a lack of inventiveness in midfield, a lack of physical stature in defence and a lack of success in front of goal?  Clubs with a vast amount of money seem to have the same difficulty tracking down the holy grail.

Another result which just papers over the cracks and prolongs peoples agony as they think we can somehow sneak into the play offs and all is good.

Two poor team devoid of confidence and lacking ideas. Could have gone either way. The table doesn’t lie. If, and when we have points deducted, we will be in a relegation scrap. Will we have the grit and determination to grind out results then? Past seasons would suggest not. I hope so 🤞

I have never felt deflated or less pleased that we won, it's odd. Watching that horrendous game of football sucked the life out of me. This team and manager is lifeless. No passion and now mine has gone.

Glad for the 3pts as it moves us away from relegation if/when we get points deduction. But my word this is a depressing team.
