I have been to watch Mansfield a few times of late and they had the lad Mcdonnell in midfield on loan from Forest, he would have pissed into our midfield today, he's a bit of a throw back player always tackling, so looking forward to seeing how he does today on debut...

The fans deserve League 1 just as much as the owner and DoF.

Completely agree. It’s so ironic so many apparently went the regime to end but still attend 🤣😮‍💨

They cant all work. Maybe the next one with a bit more time to prepare and get the word out may be better.

We had plenty of time since the last match, that’s not the issue. The issue was it was a bad idea. It was non-committal. It had very limited potential. It was half-hearted and over-complicated for the sake of making it ‘fun’.

There are people on here who suggested it because deep down they just didn’t want to miss another game. Well boycotts, enforcing change; these things are about sacrifice. Except in this instance, when you’re not sacrificing anything by missing us play Oxford United.

If anyone here cares you’ll boycott the next match at the very least, or do something that risks you losing your season ticket and getting a ban. Anything less and you’re just full of hot air.

4 days is not enough time. The one before had a week, maybe 2 and gained a lot of traction because of that.

This was, like I said at the start of this thread, a "what we doing then lads?" And it was then confirmed post Wrexham. Not enough time.

They’ll disappear again. Most of these KP lot clearly didn’t support the club before and only came out once we were doing well. Once we are in Lg 1, they’ll be nowhere to be seen again. They only care about the PL and FA cup wins.

I’m stuck in two minds. I haven’t been to a home game in a while out of choice. I decided my best way to protest was to stop spending money.  Part of me wants to go again and voice my anger - but looking at most of the crowd sat there mute I think it’s a waste of time.  I lose most of my Saturday travelling and spend a shed load for the pleasure.  Part of my thinks I can’t complain if I’m not there, but the top to bottom mismanagement has gone too far now and I’m not spending another penny until there is a fundamental change (and I don’t mean results).

Too many happy clappers !

I’m amazed fans are still going to the matches - incredible !!

But also remember that people go for different reasons. My teen has gone with her dad, without football over these last few years I dread to think of what could’ve been for her. Not matter how shit Leicester are, it’s her safe place.

I chose not to go today because I’m a lazy ass however if her dad couldn’t have gone, I’d have gone with her and sucked it up.

I'm telling you now it's a waste of time, you boo or criticise and those around you start looking at you like you're some sort of lunatic. You'll be the one that gets abused, not the players or the manager or the owner.

These fans will moan and cry when we're in League 1 or they'll probably just stop going at all actually.

You're off your head if you waste your Saturday watching this crap.

Disagree.

These drongos couldn't care less about the result, the cup wins, relegation. The reality thousands go because they like it; the routine, the camaraderie, a sense of excitement and for the want of anything else much going on in their lives

Oates is better than anything we have up front as well.

I say that because they only came out once we started having success. And the reason for defending KP/Aiyawatt is always because ‘he’ and ‘they’ won us the league and cup.

They don’t care about the lack of standards. They weren’t there when we were crap. And they will soon disappear once we get beyond this season and the PL seems like a distant memory.

Not so sure. These are the types that say (and I've heard this line almost word for word)

'n'er mind, eh, we'll be 'ere next week won't we Kev?' see ya!'

I think this is true tbh. They don’t care about the result, going to the football is just something to do to kill time until they expire.

It’s not a thing they have pride in or take personally like football fans do. It’s a hobby. That’s why they never get upset.
