Pretty much as expected really. Training match. Would hope for a bit more on wednesday. Arsenal players back and hopefully he plays full strength for an hour or so before making changes.

Like the other big nations these friendlies are like glorified training sessions. Impossible to judge how a team will flare at the world cup.  Real buisness begins next week. Anyone who moans about this performance and result are ones who just cant wait to criticise.

Tuchel said it's all about minutes. I wouldn't expect any fireworks or high octane football, especially given the temps too!

Guess the full team with Arsenal players in will play Wednesday?

Biggest issues last night was probably trying to avoid injuries .

They were only playing Bolivia, even Harborough Town could give them a game.

They are higher in the rankings than new zealand.  And bolivia did beat brazil last year.

If you are Alexander-Arnold, you must be tempted to tell Tuchel to do one.

No real surprises in there from what I can see.

I don't follow England, but how is Steele in the squad??

McCarthy? Same levels of experience but he can claim to have been selected by someone.

Where's KDH?

Skelly & Scott are somehow ahead of him. Harsh KDH missed out on the World Cup too if you look at his goals and assists last season.

Henderson is injured and tbf from what I seen of him midweek he looked really composed.

Worth his place imo and it's unlikely he'll play anyway.

Didn’t he go to the WC as a “4th keeper “ because he was good in training?
