This team NEEDED a good manager. Sadly, we've actually employed people in these roles who simply aren't good enough. I don't buy for one minute that no one could have done this.

Yes, I would have taken Wilder 100%, never understood the hate for him on here. 

 

Just another shit decision by Topkin, who else would take Cifuentes over Wilder based on their previous records.

Relatively Illustrious names given who we ended up with but not convinced they'd not have been thrown under the bus with this bunch of players. Leicester City is a Managers graveyard with Top and Rudkin running the show.

Really? Cos I can't see what type of football he's coaching into us.

There's nothing going on at all with our play.  Pass it about the back and midfield until you get pressured enough to lump it long or into a channel.  If you go long we lose 90% of them as we have no height.  If it goes wide we have Mav to do nothing and Fatawu to try everything and come up well short.

It's why the entire first half was volleyball without the skimpy outfits and sand up yer crack.

Agree trying another system might improve things but if players just don't do the fundamentals correctly or have the decision making talents of gnats then no system is a panacea for this group.

Do we only hire managers who won’t change formations in games? 
Fvcking ridiculous how predictable we are. 
All I want is a manager who can see during matches that it’s not working and will change the system. 
It’s not asking a lot.

Yep, Coopers window ****ed us, but all the players we signed are more than good enough for the championship.

 

I think that Enzo was the last manager that these players actually respected. That has been a major problem.

 

Along with some big divisions in the dressing room probably cause by the disparity of saleries between older players and those who joined recently.

Because they saw the financial crisis coming. They knew last June that we would be skint this year.  

 

Went for bargain basement instead of at least, middle shelf.

 

Again it comes down to woeful mismanagement from all those that "run" this football club.

At this stage this is serious self halm, you install 4 half wits as managers, not to pay compensation, then end up relegated to League 1. I think that’s going to cost a lot more money.

The bloke spends most of his time on the sideline shaking his head at the decisions the players are making on the pitch.

 

He’s clearly realised what an inept, lazy bunch of scrotes he’s in charge of…oh and by the way Gary you’ve done absolutely nothing to improve them.

 

Get the owners in the bin

Get the board in the bin 

Get Gary Rowett in the bin

Get 75% of the squad in the bin

 

This club is going to take a lot of change and work to stop the rot, and probably a lot of time!

I’m not really sure what we have been trying to do at all this season, what is our style? I’ve no idea. I had no idea under Cifuentes and I still have no idea. They were both shit, I’m not really sure why people say Marti was better, he is really the one who set this in motion and was a useless lying ****ing idiot
