southfox66 Posted 21 February Posted 21 February (edited) In a way appointing a temporary manager isn't the best of ideas he's got nothing to lose we goes down, he'll say he didn't have enough time and the squad not good enough and he gets a decent pay day, probably better than anything else he could have got and just go to another championship side next season. Probably the players know it too another manager here today gone tomorrow. Yet another bad decision to add to the ever growing list, just can't help thinking could have been so different if got a decent manager at the start of the season. Its almost as if Top wants us to go down to league one as his way out of the club. Edited 21 February by southfox66
FosseSpark Posted 21 February Posted 21 February our defenders will get spotted by the winter olympics talrnt programme.if they are lucky. They look like they are playing on ice already.

You can’t work with them no matter how many managers, coaches, psychologists etc They have allowed this to happen at the top and this is the environment that we have now been dealt, not an ounce of fight in them Do they not have any self pride? I’d be gutted if people thought I was a spineless gutless twat week after week, I’d want to prove them wrong for me. The entitlement is astounding. 1
Wink84 Posted 21 February Posted 21 February Monga isn't first team ready. Id rather play Silko purely for his enthusiasm, energy and effort.
FoxesWalk Posted 21 February Posted 21 February Even the commentators, who clearly don’t watch us regularly, can see how and shit and helpless we are now
ForeverandEver Posted 21 February Posted 21 February Expectation has lowered. In the second half, I would take an offside. … Maybe hitting the woodwork.

Benji Posted 21 February Posted 21 February Looking at the next 5 fixtures I don’t see where the next point comes from. Middlesborough were such a threat against Coventry they will tear this defence apart.
Zed Posted 21 February Posted 21 February Awful first half and lucky not to be two or three down. None have any pride; none playing for the badge, none give a fook. So much for New manager bounce! 🙈

LAprice_ Posted 21 February Posted 21 February Here's a thought. Every player in that Leicester line up would look better playing for a different club... Kristiansen, Thomas, Nelson, Skipp, Okoli have all looked better than this playing for other clubs in recent years. Mavididi and Winks looked better for this club two years ago. Even Daka scored for fun in an RB Salzburg team that would probably beat us now. My point is: It's not about ability. The players aren't terrible. It's not even about coaching. We've had SO many managers and still no change. This is about confidence, mentality, psychology, attitude. They are playing WITH fear, not without. How do you change that? 3
Phild Posted 21 February Posted 21 February 8 minutes ago, foxsake said: I know. Has the rule changed? There were 2 Stoke players OS involved in the attack. How are they not in active play? Active play doesnt automatically trigger offside. If they were in line of sight of keeper etc then maybe but the player who ultimately touches the ball is easily onside (unfortunately)

StinckleyFox Posted 21 February Posted 21 February Seems the tactic is never put the ball in the box, allow them to put the ball into the box freely.

I guess when you’re getting paid £50,60,000k+ a week no matter how good or shit youve been they don’t care 🤷♂️ As I said, it’s the environment we’ve created. Players will leave and find another club, just look at the season we went down from the premier league first time - 7/8 of those players playing in the Premier League still with others playing elsewhere still on decent money. They don’t care about the club the same way a fan does. Morally wrong and not something I could do but the unfortunate nature of the shit world of football
Leicesterpool Posted 21 February Posted 21 February This where well will see Rowett impact... we hope
