Heading to the Sheffield Wednesday away game on Monday 6th April?

The Foxes Trust has agreed a deal with The Cavendish pub on West Street in Sheffield. Simply by asking for the 'Foxes Trust Offer' and showing your match ticket, you can receive a 20% discount on food and drink on the day of the game.

This is open to all LCFC fans and not just Trust members.

Trams can be taken direct to Hillsborough from the road the pub is on (West Street) - use the Blue (Malin Bridge) or Yellow (Middlewood) routes.

Enjoy!

I would be signing people up outside of the pub, they will get their £5 back inside with the discount.

A trust that represents the fans - amazing but its a shame its took this long - great future ahead

We tried to go faster but this required a rule change that we could not achirve... i am greatful for those who joined the trust and patiently waited for our time to come.

Yet  it is not over, we still face many petty obstacles.... and we need to guard against those who want to be cozy with the club.

To get blue water fans should join the trust (membership is half price plus consessions including young adults and unwaged).  We need to pour concrete on the progress we have made.

Really good work that the Foxes Trust and UFS do. It’s amazing how both are vilified by certain sections of the fan base.

@Foxes_Trust, they are quick pile on when you posted about the Unite for Change on your FB page and even the financial stuff (just facts being shared) in the last day or so.

Get this on your page and let them squirm!

I don't think this is necessarily a Trust or anything but its' sad how much buzz a 'negative' tone post creates to a 'positive' tone post - literally 150+ comments compared to zero.

Exactly the same for the rare occasion UFS still post on Facebook. Reems of posts crying about anything that is deemed "toxic" and fvck all about charity or tifo work.

Exactly. The Trust put up a post last night about not having had a reply from the club about the season ticket deadline. Already comments having a go at them.

The post about them organising discounts at the cavendish from a couple of days back has a solitary comment, which isn’t even a grateful one but someone saying it’s too far a walk to the stadium. I mean my office is a few hundred yards from the Cavendish and there are literally trams from right outside, about every 5/10 minutes that take you straight to Hillsborough within about a 10 minute journey time!

You can't please all of the people all of the time of course but, yes, the Facebook reaction to our posts on there are rather different to that elsewhere.

The thing about the Trust being a democratic organisation is that anyone can join and make it what they want it to be. If enough people think the same way and join, they have ways and means of getting the Trust representing them as they wish.

That takes too much effort though. Easier just to cry on Facebook.

20% discount? Nah, too far to walk.

Moaning about constantly losing? Entitled.

As I say, literally a tram stop outside, 10 minutes to right outside Hillsborough!
