By collaboration I mean we want to copy them and are more than happy to bring their academy players on. Plus we seem equally happy to let them pick up our best prospects.

Will be interesting to see how many actually make it. I know a player who was at Leicester academy and went to Man C academy  on the promise of playing football. The lad is now in the mid 20's and has quit football completely, at Man C he got disillusioned with them hoovering up players in his position so left.

It's a huge upheaval for the kid, he's going to have to live at the academy accommodation and go to school in Manchester.

Darren Motsi joined us from Leicester at 15 years old and will be another strong addition to our Under-18s side.

He turned 16 a month ago.
