I have no idea.

It is "alleged " that he did go AWOL last season but there seems something seriously wrong that we spend 5M on him and he cant even get in the pre season 22 man squad

Forgot the £5m, simply a FFP fiddle which was reflected in KDH’s agreed fee

starting to sell players with no future here rather than running their contracts down? right as a new sporting director gets his feet under the table and the old director of football is moved upstairs? must be a coincidence /s

Rudkin dined out on that Maguire deal for far too long and it gave him an arrogance which meant he thought he could hardball every outgoing transfer ever since.

Great deal at the time but in the long run its cost us 100s of millions.

It’s often been said that Leicester City were notoriously difficult to deal with for clubs wanting to buy players from. I took that as our asking prices have been too high. We needed a Del Boy for those players who just aren’t going to cut it for us. We have one, now.

Or... we could sell a player we don't see a future here for?

We dont know until he has a stint in the team.  Right now minimising costs and getting age of players down is more important than sporting results.

He was clearly a psr fiddle with the KDH deal.

I don't disagree but that doesn't mean we should play someone who evidently is good enough or rated - we also have plenty of other young forward prospects. Selling players like Richards is better than keeping them here until they're 24 for the sake of lowering the average squad age.
