I think Ranger could be a bit of a basket case, Rhol didn't work out either, be interesting to see how McInnes get on.

Oh it’s a basket case for sure, I even saw a Rangers fan admit today that any manager who believes in a patient system will not work there (advocating they should have gone for Motherwell’s old manager) as the fanbase just wants wins after wins.

Martin v popular with players and staff and mood in training great.. Atmosphere isnt completely rosy though.. Alot of internal anger at the club hierarchy.. Have said previous but I know of at least 2 staff leaving before there pushed and I think there'll be more. It is not a fun place to work and RM is doing a very good job at keeping spirits up...... It cannot be underlined enough just how unpopular Rudkin and Top are..

 

Cullen and this Bosnian striker is spending money we do not have.. + Chaplin's wage..

 

If I was a betting man I would put money on a lot of people being out of work quite soon unless we are sold.. We are going to go into admin..

I can't remember the last time I was out that way - it feels like my whole childhood in Sileby has become one big blur, now

Until I see results I don't really give a monkeys what I hear about Brussell, new players or otherwise.

 

The club and those they hire have generally proven to be so bad that they do not deserve the benefit of the doubt and I can't be arsed getting my hopes up again until I see evidence.

Sileby's where my ancestors are from and the reason I support Leicester. Nice enough part of the world but haven't been since around the time we won the Coca Cola cup.

My Dad inherited the house in Sileby from his Dad, and felt I'd prefer growing up there instead of Maidstone, (especially since the house in Maidstone needed a lot of work).  I was there until I finished at Rawlins, and then moved in with my Aunt in Glenfield - (it sounds like she's going to have to be moved into a care home soon  ) - while my Dad moved back down to Maidstone to get that finished and sell the house off in Sileby.  Then I moved to Leeds, then back down to Thurmaston, then down here to London...

 

TBH, the only thing I remember about that part of the world is the golf course at Six Hills my Dad used to go to... (Dunno if it's still there?)

I remember very little about it other than the drive over from Norfolk and my grandparents' house, and the cuttings from the Mercury they used to give me. Never been to Maidstone but I think it's good to grow up by the coast personally. Would go a bit crazy living in Leicestershire and not being able to get to the sea in a few minutes.
