Definitely. My sons card would still be valid as he hasn't moved age groups. I have a digital ticket for him now. I remember being on the page to complete it but obviously, something distracted me and I never completed the form.

Thanks, just checked and I did complete it for my dad's OAP card. Obvs a long time ago.

Does anyone who ordered physical cards, as an OAP or under 16, know what the deal is in terms of the arrangements for the new season? Are the old cards supposed to still work, or are they issuing new ones?

 

They are leaving it a bit bloody late to deliver if new ones!

We have had the email telling us how to use the recently sent e ticket but so far no email link. Typical LCFC. I hope the old physical cards still work tomorrow or the queues will be horrendous.

Email response from the club, use the old cards.

May have been asked previously but does everyone else’s digital season ticket say 2025/26 season and EFL Championship? It has the correct fixture details on so assume it’s just the club being incompetent and careless as usual.

My brother takes a fan with a severe learning disability and 3 days before the first home game they’ve asked for proof he’s still disabled after 16 years as a season ticket holder. He’s got Down’s syndrome for crying out loud.

As you say it works on PC,sorted mine,  but android mobile app doesn't work so well. As most people are encouraged to use mobiles for ticketing this probably needs looking into.

Sorry if its already been covered, but this is our first year renewing ST's. Dad had a card last year, he's just told me he doesnt know what to do. Does anybody know what happens with the cards?

My mate checked with the club last week and they confirmed that last season's card will allow entry this season too.

Sorry if I'm late to the party but just a question I cant seem to work out ... which having been a STH for 20 years +, these new digital tickets have me stumped!

 

My dad and I have season tickets, and both of these are on my dads phone (I live away from Leicester so can't always make it so keep them on his phone)

 

He is away in a few weeks, and I want to get both tickets on my phone (so he doesnt have to leave his phone with me) - whats the easiest way to do this for one game? As an added complication he has an over 65 ticket ... is there a way to convert to an adult for one game?

I couldn't make the Burton game. Haven't yet downloaded my season ticket. It just keeps coming with an error message when downloading the link. Any ideas please?

There is an issue with Android devices. Currently no-one can download match tickets.

Mine did this. 

 

Download the LCFC app and try and download it from there. That's the only way I could get it to work

ohhhhh ok thanks! I tried to download it from my account as well and it didnt work. Ill pop round straight after work to try and sort it at the ticket office

If your on iPhone, click on 3 dots at the top of season ticket, click on pass details and pull down screen to refresh.. 

 

then click 3 dots again, notifications and make sure automatic updates is toggled on/green.. 

 

hopefully should work
