mkingy Posted 4 February 2006 Posted 4 February 2006 "Sun 30 13:30 ASouthampton FLC" glad we've got a team we could get a win against in the last match.
lookwhaticando Posted 4 February 2006 Posted 4 February 2006 I bet wolves and QPR looked tricky though a month ago, QPR and Wolves were looking like nails in the coffin.
Northants Fox Posted 4 February 2006 Posted 4 February 2006 I bet wolves and QPR looked tricky though They all did three weeks ago but the team are now showing some fight
cisono Posted 4 February 2006 Posted 4 February 2006 Maybe Sol Campbell might want a move. Certainly worth a try!
Collymore Posted 4 February 2006 Posted 4 February 2006 What a legend Nisse is, he thought he had a broken foot 2 days ago but managed 90 mins today!
BlackLightning Posted 4 February 2006 Posted 4 February 2006 1-0 against Wolves and we killed the Welsh, with loads of Leicester players. O happy days.....
Leicester_Mad Posted 4 February 2006 Posted 4 February 2006 I can now see us getting Maximum against Brighton and Derby. In fact i'd be dissapointed if we dont as we need to pick up points against the teams around us more so than those in the top half. But 3 points is 3 points, all the bottom 3 lose ill certainly be going out tonight with my head held hihg to be a Fox
Ultra Posted 4 February 2006 Posted 4 February 2006 Strange how our last three home wins have all been against teams who've tried to play football. Wolves did OK today, they passed the ball well at times, but lacked a cutting edge up front. But how many performances have WE put in like that in the last two seasons? Let's hope we can keep the form going in the next two games. We still need more breathing space between us and the drop zone!
potter3 Posted 4 February 2006 Posted 4 February 2006 At least they don't like to try and hide it, unlike Postma - right, cisono? Did you see him comletely miss that back pass, bet he felt like a right knob.
Magictv Posted 4 February 2006 Posted 4 February 2006 just a question...Did douglas head away a shot that took a deflection or was I hallucinating,
C-man Posted 4 February 2006 Posted 4 February 2006 just a question...Did douglas head away a shot that took a deflection or was I hallucinating, No it bobbled up and hit him in the face
potter3 Posted 4 February 2006 Posted 4 February 2006 No it bobbled up and hit him in the face Oh I thought it hit him in the chest
Chimp Posted 4 February 2006 Posted 4 February 2006 No it bobbled up and hit him in the face Heh, yes, that was a worrying moment, probably the only 'dodgy' thing he did all game. I thought he played well and made at least one excellent save to keep us a goal up.
FNQ Posted 4 February 2006 Posted 4 February 2006 Brilliant. The doom and gloom surrounding the Walkers for the past 18 months has well and truly been lifted.
filbertway Posted 4 February 2006 Posted 4 February 2006 Brilliant. The doom and gloom surrounding the Walkers for the past 18 months has well and truly been lifted. ANd hopefully it will be kept away!!!
Bert Posted 4 February 2006 Posted 4 February 2006 I crapped myself when Wesolowski made that bad backpass, good job Rab was alert.
Chrysalis Posted 4 February 2006 Posted 4 February 2006 I went today, I was in the exec box near the end (away end) 2nd from end I think. Spoke to the head chef and enjoyed the game very much, was shaky when dougles fumbled that shot but fryatt kept up his scoring and we broke some milestones today. clean sheat for first time in long time won 2 games in row for first time all season
Monk Posted 5 February 2006 Posted 5 February 2006 Nice one ricey. Succint. Though you could have ripped it out of the Wolves Goalie a bit more!
Monk Posted 5 February 2006 Posted 5 February 2006 awful match, awesome result. Had a quid on 1-0 with Fryatt to score first at 33-1 and a quid on Draw half time Leicester full time at 11-2. MIX GET IN
Gené and Tonic Posted 5 February 2006 Posted 5 February 2006 I thought the match was ok, not awful. We definately could've done worse, although with Levein in charge, I bet we'd have lost it 1-0
SystonFox Posted 5 February 2006 Posted 5 February 2006 I crapped myself when Wesolowski made that bad backpass, good job Rab was alert. i thought that was paddy mac who did that?
