Everything about Affleck is better for Batman. Got the right jawline, tall, looks big as ****, should have a decent voice, and most importantly, he's a great actor.

Was testing out the Genesis/Phoenix thing and on one of the TV channels there was an ad for a film out soon called The Bastard Executioner. Sounds interesting. Has anyone got more info?

Yes it certainly was. I do enjoy watching a film where I have no idea what to expect the plot will be about. And the cast was fantastic

Just seen Straight Outta Compton.

 

 

Really quite good to be honest.. The were clearly chosen based on looks than skill but it was a story well told.

I thought the acting while not perfect wasn't bad either but overall a really good film and a story well told

Never been a fan of biopic's, always prefer a good documentary instead, half of the film I'm wondering 'how could someone remember what conversation they had 25 years ago'?....how much embellishment has the director used?, how much have those involves side stepped their 'questionable' behaviour etc etc...

Oh going back to SOC, the actor who played Tupac was a spit of him, was quite eerie to see and he even sounded like him

The guy who played Eazy E was great, but apart from that I only semi enjoyed it. It was far too long and Dre's portrayal was laughable, you can tell he had a role in developing the movie.

I watched Staright Outta Compton last night, i enjoyed it, good film. i didnt enjoy the Dr Dre (not so) humblebrag in the credits, showing off his empire. i think Ice Cube came off best throughout.
