Taken - Fantastic leave your brain at home film... loved it!! Just like Schwarzennegger's Commando!

I watched 'Oh Brother where art thou' for the first time last night. For such a highly praised film you'd think it would at least have a plot. It seemed like they were just making it up as they went along.

The film has averaged 89% from 33 reviews on metacritic so it must be at least half decent.

Anyone on here seen "Drag me to Hell" yet?

Yeah i watched it last night. It was alright i suppose but it made me laugh more then anything with the old women :giggle: .

Up looks brilliant, can't wait to see that in 3D.

Watched 'The Diving Bell & The Butterfly' last night. Brilliant film, very moving and excellently shot. Will have to get the book now!

Watched Scorsese's "The Age Of Innocence" on 35mm yesterday and I found Michael Ballhaus' cinematography quite astonishing.

Also, Michelle Pfeiffer never looked sexier.

If it says "Directed by Sam Raimi", then - by all accounts - yes!!!

Shaft.

Samuel L. Jackson is a hero

Flicking channels the other day. Got to Snakes On A Plane, and there's Samuel 'Enough is enough! I've had it with these motherfucking snakes on this motherfucking plane!!'

And I had no idea Kenan from Kenan and Kel was in this film. Or Champ Kind (Anchorman - don't know his real name) as well.
