2nd attempt at watching Monsters Vs Aliens last night, i keep gettnig into it and its quite funny but then i fall asleep and have to start over again.

Seth Rogen as Bob the Blob and Hugh Laurie as the Mad Scientist are both fantastic. Greasy Reese though :angry:

Got a 40 inch telly and Blue-Ray for me b-day.

Bought Eden Lake after a recommendation but haven't got around to watching it.

I watched Star Trek, I wasn't impressed, they turned a sci fi into a tongue in cheek hero movie. You could have taken Mission Impossible 3, James Bond, or any other action movie and put some space ship in it. Rather then Kirk being a captain, they made him into some far fetched action hero!

lol I watched that this evening too! I thought it was really good, didn't expect him to be so brutal with the killing etc which I think made it a bit more exciting - ie. wondering how he was gonna kill his next victim! Big fan of Liam Neeson.

Def a film worth watching! :thumbup:

Yeah I thought it was good too, wasn't totally what I was expecting which was a bonus.

Watched changeling last night, thought it was an excellent film. Didn't fancy it one bit before hand having seen the trailers, well worth a watch though.

Someone recommend a decent action/thriller that is fairly recent 07,08,09.

I'm out of ideas.

Eagle Eye, is recent enough and pretty action packed.

I enjoyed it anyway.
