It does get to the 'what's the point in even trying to improve' stage quite quickly doesn't it.

 

Probably the closest we've been in years to a potential promotion and we're probably not going to make lunchtime on day 1 because the scheduling has skewered 4 day to the point of no return.

 

By the way has everyone seen the wicket? It's basically the same as the outfield with a border lol

Division 2 this year

 

58% of results have been a draw!!!

 

Match abandoned last week for player safety.


We're playing today on a par 3 golf green.

 

If they're going to insist on this being played predomenantly in April, May and September, it's not currently fit for purpose as a format :(

Twitter been more entertaining  then the cricket today I believe with Sean's  brother making threats  to fangofox. Its  really not a good luck that Sean's blocks everyone who asks valid questions and now has his brother fighting  his battles with childish comments and threats

Wouldn’t blame the groundsman though. He’s been fuming all year after being asked to prepare results wickets. There has been many green tops this year but this does top the lot
