A draw and decent batting points is probably what the idea is

At least with Hull taken off, "No ball" will have to wait until tomorrow close of play to get his jug in - at one stage he was well on course to going to the bar tonight!

We've got the thick end of 15 overs to get two more wickets and claim a third bowling point.

 

Derbyshire have had a dreadful day and got one batting point. They've dropped 4 and so we're on course to get what we need out of this game.

We will be ok, probably a Brillaint pitch and we go in and get about 400+.  if not hopefully just grab a few bonus points with batting then move on. Do it in the next game.

The original point of us being in such a good position is that we have poorish days like yesterday and still be fine. 
 

Glos also have the second highest batting points of any team too so they’re a good batting team. It’s fine. We play sensibly.
