It's definite self sabotage. They're doing the same with the T20 aswell. I reckon in a few years you'll see 2 extra Hundred teams, it'll be made into a T20 format and the county based blast competition will be a thing of the past sadly!

We’ve really struggled to hit or time anything in front of square which makes me think this might be a defendable total.

As it stands, we are top with the best NRR in the group. Lancs and Notts who are 2nd and 3rd respectively could both lose, all being well.

Called it quite well, was a very tricky deck to bat on. Most of Cox and Holland’s runs came behind square and we thankfully pitched it up and were far too good for their youth. 
 

Win the last two and we should have the home semi!
