Simi Posted 16 July 2007 Posted 16 July 2007 The train station is a long way from the ground.Bus is better, if youre coming from leicester, don't get off the bus in Earl Shilton (check first as it may be going via Barwell) If bus is going direct from Earl Shilton to Hinckley it goes past Leicester road Sports Ground, there is a bus stop almost alongside at the entrance to Burbage common, then it's only a 100yard walk to the ground. Just have a word with the bus driver, he'll probably tip you off at the correct place. Cheers for that. How long is the bus ride from town ?
Nick Posted 16 July 2007 Posted 16 July 2007 Anybody think he'll play a first team line up? I'm keen, anyway. Anybody notice Alex Moraw at quorn, yet no mention of him participating on the OS....? Do you reckon we've kidnapped him? I hope so.
demon_dog Posted 16 July 2007 Posted 16 July 2007 Cheers for that. How long is the bus ride from town ? Not sure, haven't been on it for a long time, think it's approx 45mins.
City fan @ Aston Uni Posted 16 July 2007 Posted 16 July 2007 Is it a bit sad to go to a match all by yourself?? That is the dilema i am currently facing!! None of my mates support city, those that might have come to watch are either working or on holiday, none of my family particularly like footie!! no idea wtf to do!
craigadams22 Posted 16 July 2007 Posted 16 July 2007 Hi there guy's, Craig A here. I will be down at The Marston's Stadium tommorow evening, I am supporting both sides. Because Hinckley and Leicester City FC are the two team's I support. Unfortunately my best friend Simon Jelffs won't be able to come, because he's out doing Library Work and getting paid for it. City Fan Posted 17 July 2007 Posted 17 July 2007 Leicester City's squad for tonight's pre-season fixture against Hinckley United at the Marston's Stadium is as follows: J Nielsen C Logan J Chambers A Sheehan B N'Gotty G McAuley R Stearman R Kishishev S Newton S Clemence C Cort I Hume J Wesolowski J Hayes S Hellings E Hammond M De Vries R Beswick The game kicks-off at 7.30pm and entry is £5 for adults and £3 for concessions.
Fez of Mahrez Posted 17 July 2007 Posted 17 July 2007 Clemence to get a runout from the bench then it looks like.
Newcastle_Fox Posted 17 July 2007 Posted 17 July 2007 Is Fryatt injured or are Elvis and De Vries picked ahead of him?
Fez of Mahrez Posted 17 July 2007 Posted 17 July 2007 My prediction; J Nielsen - sub - C Logan J Chambers A Sheehan B N'Gotty - sub - R Stearman G McAuley S Newton R Kishishev - sub - S Clemence J Wesolowski - sub - S Hellings J Hayes - sub - R Beswick C Cort - sub - M De Vries I Hume - sub - E Hammond
Lillehamring Posted 17 July 2007 Posted 17 July 2007 Fryatt on his way? hmmm, i think that's a little paranoid - based on that so are porter and mattock, given training session performances and lack of alternatives down the left that's not gonna be the case... i'm sure MA just wants to look at certain areas, probably the back 4, given the inclusion of sheehan... additionally, i can't imagine anyone will play 90 minutes so early in pre-season.

There hasnt been any specualtion regarding Mattock and Porter though, i will be sad to see Fryatt leave if that is the case.
