As Leicester fans we should do all we can to make Milan realise what a bad decison this is.

I'm probably the only one on this forum that will have done this, but I have emailed Milan with my support of his decision. I paid my money at the start of the season because I trust him, and I still trust him now.

cant believe it............after just a few games.............after last night....Have supported this club for yonks but just sometimes it really puts your levels of loyalty and faith to the absolute test. Even if we dont know all the facts it once again makes LCFC a huge joke in the footie world. well p*ssed off.

Im gonna get hammered here, but being Devils Advocate,if MM realised he made a mistake, surely its better to get rid of him sooner rather than later? :dunno:

We don't know the facts of whats been happening behind the scenes,at the moment we are all taking MA's side but it's MM's

I agree to making changes now as opposed to later. Leicester will survive this and really, so what that MA is gone. After 4 games it's only speculation where he would've taken us. I don't know how anyone can say he's the best for this club after so little time although he might have proved it. Anyhow MM aint going anywhere and if we're going to succeed in promotion we'll need some solidarity between owner and manager.

Give the players a break here and cheer the team on this Sat. Let them know we're behind them. MA pretty much knows he had a good following with the Fans and bellyaching the fact with chants at the match will do nothing for the players.

Just heard about this, am in a state of shock.

Just cannot believe it.

Disgusting. :@

Think MM was wrong but feel it's to late to petition, riot, whatever, it's been done and there's nothing we can do about it.

Suspect he'll go for useless Roeder, who will probably last about 3 games max.

Have heard Doncaster are after Warnock so he may be out of the frame.

That is correct and also the problem. Mandaric has proved at Portsmouth, and now here, that he is the problem. His whole reputation has been made off the back of Harry Redknapp. Mandaric is fast becoming Leicester's answer to Ken Bates.

Quite possibly but there is also the chance he will give us the promotion we are all wanting.

The timing is awful to say the least!!

No home games for a few weeks means today was always on the cards regardless of what went on last night.

I'm gonna give MM the benefit of the doubt.

If he can't work with the manager it will only cause problems in the future.

If anyone can suggest a way of letting MM en masse know how disgusting this decision then let's start - this site had enough influence and opinion on CL and RK so somebody start a campaign or something NOW. I for one do not want a megolomaniac in charge of our club.

F*** off Mandaric - the first time in years I've been genuinely excited again being a City fan and your ego then does this :@:@:@:@:@

12 new players have been signed and the new manager will obviously have his own opinions on certain players and he will have his own tactics, so we will end up with half the signings being made redundant.

The new manager doesn't have any time to create his own team so he will have to make do with what he has got until January!

In all honesty, I think we have gone backwards and Mandaric has wasted a hell of a lot of money.

I think the 'disagreements' are just the fact that Mandaric is overly-involved in on the pitch matters and he doesn't like the fact that he couldn't just pull the strings on Allen.

Makes you wonder why Mandaric doesn't just take control outright.

It's all mouth and no trousers.

If a mass protest happens i'll eat my own foreskin.

A little of my love, not only for our club but for the "beautiful game" has died a little today.

No, we don't know how much MA would have ultimately achieved with us but in the short time he was our manager he brought about a belief and a support for the team the like of which we haven't experienced since the MON days, MA spoke with passion and was emotive about his vision for the club.

You can be succesful by being a strong charcater and "rubbing people up the wrong way", however when working with MM, it seems its a prerequiste to be a yes man. Yes men don't bring success, visionaries do.

I don't agree with this situation whatsoever, but alas, as the saying goes "its a funny old game"

:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

spot on!! portsmouth are where they are purely because of redknapp not mandaric.

remember mandaric got rid of harry, it starts going tits up and gets him back in again to rescue them. success always has more to do with the manager than anyone else.

if mandaric does'nt get lucky with his appointments then i get the feeling this situation will be repeated time and again

You're genuinely excited again because of Mandaric you ****ing tit. Without him we're back to fighting off relegation again. Everybody needs to take a step back and realise what we were before Mandaric came in, and that we have to take the bad side to his ownership (rash decisions like this) with the good (££££££).

Can't believe this news just heard it as we finished our match, deeply, deeply annoyed. Was going to get tickets to plymouth tomorrow, don't know whether I'll bother now. It's a farce, a fooking farce!!

Exactly what I said he would be when so many on here were so busy trying to crawl up his arse all through last season.

Where the hell is Ric Flair tonight?

It remains to be seen whether this decision is a good one or not. If the new manager is a success then....

ok ok...

so i got a job today and took the missus out for a chinese and came back to this. i've read through this thread and well....

firstly, not good timing, hope he didnæt think that the CC situation would make this go unnoticed; and whilst the reserves are at a game, equally two days of transfers left it makes some sense...

there seems to be a lot of shouting and sulking going on, how many of you 'ooh, lets have a protest' people have, in the last few weeks, criticised MAs squad selection, or criticised the purcheses, how many of you were calling for paul ince or some such person when the vacancy was first available...

i think it is unfortunate that this has happened, i was a fan of allen personally (tho hoped for grayson) i think it's fu(ked up a summer of anticipation and enthusiasm, god knows what it'll do to the players, but players aren't like fans expecting years of ferguson-esque loyalty, they expect managers to come and go.

impossible as it is to believe, the most sensible post in this thread came from evington raj - rather it happen now than down the line, if it wasn't meant to be it wasn't meant to be, lets move on...

for the record, i too pray to god it is not roeder or warnock. but really is there any othe r viable option....

I can't see what all the fuss is about. Not exactly a shock...it's been in the papers for about 10 days now!!

The bottom line is that Milan and MA did not get on ( stating the obvious I know) and it is best for Milan to get rid now while there are some managers out there who could step into the fold and make the current squad his own.

I was never really sure about MA and always held reservations about a manager with little experience (don't give me the third degree about MON...he was an exception to the rule). It really was a three year plan with this type of man in charge. Maybe now we will get a manager with proven success to get us back to the top flight that bit quicker.

As for protests...forget it....how are you going to get MM to change his mind? What's done is done and we need to move on and support the team. It is Leicester City we support and follow not MM or MA.

GO FOXES!

I agree with Milan. its obviously nothing to do with the football.

Personally, as I've stated on this board before he (MA) remined me of a sunday pub team manager on Hackney marshes!

I don't even want to go into results as that would be pointless, but I will leave you with this question.

If you owned your own business and you employed a man you thought you liked, and he said all the right things at the interview, but infact this man turned out to be nothing like you imagined would you continue to work with him ? or get rid ?

Well done Milan you have BOTTLE!!!
