Had the flu for the past few days and it's been absolutely horrible. Keep having weird dreams and lost my appetite completely.

Sunday morning went shooting with my rifle,it was that cold ,there was frost on the barrel.Came across a huge rats nest,now picking a few of those disease ridden vermin off gave me great satisfaction.

Yesterday I went for a 5 mile run/walk, mostly running but when I hit the hills. Today I did some yoga, which was great. The bird on YouTube was really nice to watch!

 

Also, I've not had any alcohol for a couple of days...
