Urgh - was at work until 2 last night and had a lot to drink (it was one of the regulars birthday so we had a party), now I'm off to do a pub crawl on very little sleep. This could get messy.

I ran the four miles to the gym this morning, did a weights session then tried to run home. Walked half and ran the other half as my legs were in tatters.

I think I've ****ed my knee again as well.

it's only 02:20am, but my days started badly/funnily! i've been trying to speak to this company in perth since last wednesday, in relation to a skype interview i had a few weeks back. every time i've tried the person i need to speak to hasn't been around. i've been waking up early, at around 6am my time, to try and catch her to no avail. tonight i've stayed up late as i haven't got work tomorrow, rang a couple of times and it rang out. just checked and it's a national holiday (labour day) in western australia today. bloody typical!

Been trying to phone the charles street jobcentre to tell them I can't make tomorrow since 9am. I'm getting 'All our lines are busy, try calling between 9-10 when we are less busy.

Mondays are so utterly crap. If you'd have given me the choice between a peaceful, quiet and inconsequential death and getting up for work this morning I would have died.

Bought an expensive item on eBay, not as described. He would not refund originally, after photo evidence he now says he will as a goodwill gesture

My day was pretty good. Then I decided to post in the LCFC Forum.

Changed my day for signing on to Wednesday and now found out that the course I'm going on at VAL is a two day one.

It was really quite good, I finally grew a second beak. I can peck at two seeds at once now (providing they are close together). I'm literally (almost exactly) twice as productive as I've ever been.

tomorrow will be a bit of a 'mare though as i need to travel to LRI the sort of time the football traffic will be heading into town. not such an easy day tomorrow
