BigGibbo Posted 12 September 2007 Posted 12 September 2007 Im Big & my names Gibbo . . . oh sorry is this not an AA meeting
Raj Posted 12 September 2007 Posted 12 September 2007 I signed up to something when I was 11. Danny was taken, Dannyboy was taken so I just added my age at the end. You mean you are NOT 11 now??? Red_Bull > Heikki (sweepstake) > Christopher (Chris was taken) > Walkers - Surname? MPH are my initials. Miles per Hour Im Big & my names Gibbo . . . oh sorry is this not an AA meeting We don't need to know that!
Finnegan Posted 12 September 2007 Posted 12 September 2007 Rhisiart is fairly easily pronounced, really. Wilson's my actual last name, Finnegan's an adopted pseudonym. There's a few different inspirations, but the James Joyce book is probably number one. The two songs are also factors (Godspeed and the folk one.)
Koke Posted 12 September 2007 Posted 12 September 2007 Don't need to explain myself do I now? And ironically, a great great great granddad of mine (probably the sixth or seventh) was called Samir Hossein Nasri. Don't ask me why us Somalis actually count and remember our late forefathers names.
AoWW Posted 13 September 2007 Posted 13 September 2007 I have evolved from Evington_Blue to Evington_Raj to simply Raj.It is my name. Thats why its my username.( alot of thought went into it!) Why have YOU picked THAT username??? ... Is anotheroneofwalshieswomen really another one of walshies women? Erm, would love to hang around and chat on this subject but really busy right now. Will get back to you - sometime - ok?!
lookwhaticando Posted 13 September 2007 Posted 13 September 2007 I guess that makes me Steve Walsh. Mine is a name I've used for many years for various things... I think it all started because I occasionally played an online FPS, but was rather crap at it. I tended to kill myself more often than any kind of other player (particularly the enemies, who suffered less than even my own teammates did). As I was always doing something daft, I figured an attention seeking name was ideal for my online gaming persona. It worked... people notice the name... "what can you do?" they ask, as I crash into a room and blow myself up with an overcooked grenade or blind myself with a flashbang (having confused it for a smoke grenade). Birrova clown.
Guest Posted 13 September 2007 Posted 13 September 2007 The two songs are also factors (Godspeed and the folk one.)The one about whiskers on his chinnegan? That always goes round my head when I see you've posted.
isaidno Posted 13 September 2007 Posted 13 September 2007 I got my name from a stoppit & tidyup character
MPH Posted 13 September 2007 Posted 13 September 2007 Matthew Paul Harrison? closest But you have seen my msn because of the football manager online game so thats cheating
MPH Posted 13 September 2007 Posted 13 September 2007 Mine is the result of a long and complicated thought process. where do you live?
Finnegan Posted 13 September 2007 Posted 13 September 2007 The one about whiskers on his chinnegan? That always goes round my head when I see you've posted. Haha, no. T'other one. This one, infact. And can we just settle something, for the sakes of my own confusement, is AoWW actually LWICD's missus? Or is this just all a joke stemming from the fact Lookydo e-flirts with everything allegedly female that signs up on the forum?
The People's Hero Posted 13 September 2007 Posted 13 September 2007 Haha, no. T'other one. This one, infact. And can we just settle something, for the sakes of my own confusement, is AoWW actually LWICD's missus? Or is this just all a joke stemming from the fact Lookydo e-flirts with everything allegedly female that signs up on the forum? As far as I know, LWICD lives in Canada. And erm... AoWW doesn't. So I doubt it. But never say never. Although I just did twice.
Finnegan Posted 13 September 2007 Posted 13 September 2007 Sounds like sordid (and very costly) phone sex on the cards.
The People's Hero Posted 13 September 2007 Posted 13 September 2007 Sounds like sordid (and very costly) phone sex on the cards. No, no, it's not a same sex thing? Hang on - are we using the actual definition of sordid? Or Thracian's homophobic one?
Daggers Posted 13 September 2007 Posted 13 September 2007 My name is a tribute to the victims of the most awful Brownie's bus crash disaster of 1812. Two hundred and fifty eight girls left lame or dead. It was an horrific event. RIP girls. RIfuckingP.
DanTheFoxBhoy Posted 13 September 2007 Posted 13 September 2007 Milky Joe was a coconut in The Mighty Boosh. What is "drum and bass"?
lookwhaticando Posted 13 September 2007 Posted 13 September 2007      Sounds like sordid (and very costly) phone sex on the cards. Actually, I use an IP phone... my calls to Blighty are free. Still, that doesn't make sordid phone sex any likelier.
Alexikokopops Posted 13 September 2007 Posted 13 September 2007 Don't need to explain myself do I now?And ironically, a great great great granddad of mine (probably the sixth or seventh) was called Samir Hossein Nasri. Don't ask me why us Somalis actually count and remember our late forefathers names. That's not ironic, it's merely coincidental!! Sorry, misuse of the word irony is one of my pet peeves.
The People's Hero Posted 13 September 2007 Posted 13 September 2007 Did you know that Steely Dan toyed with the idea of calling themselves Irony Dan, before realising that a) Their iron content was actually fairly typical and therefore nothing to shout about. b) They weren't even nearly ironic.
Libertine Posted 13 September 2007 Posted 13 September 2007 My name is Milky Joe, I get the slow flow, When I look around, There ain't nowhere to go. You drank the milk, He said you coco loco. You try to hide but I'm already inside Your mind, Feel my coco beats. Je m'appelle Joe de Lait. Isolation, isolation....
Finnegan Posted 13 September 2007 Posted 13 September 2007 I'm getting round to that in my own sweet mystical time. Some call me Shatoon, bringer of corn. Others call me Mickey Nine, the dream weaver. Some call me Photoshop. Others call me Trenu, the boiler...
Libertine Posted 13 September 2007 Posted 13 September 2007 Some call me Hooooaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhh...................... .Smith.
Finnegan Posted 13 September 2007 Posted 13 September 2007 Oh! I give you Spider lovin'. "If you want to say something to me, use the plane English. Don't run around the houses in a small car!"
