Manwell Pablo Posted 21 November 2007 Posted 21 November 2007 Bournemouth fans seem to think it's only until January and are hoping they can keep him until the end of the season. Lots of votes for him being man of the match last night and the rest of the team last night should be ashamed of themselves as a young lad who's had to deal with what Maxi has had to deal with arrives back in the country 2 hours before kick-off and is the only player for them who was any good last night. They love him down there. I really get good vibes about Gradel being something a bit special. Seems he's outclassing Telfer, what more could we want
Thracian Posted 21 November 2007 Posted 21 November 2007 Kids .In normal cirumstances I'd say typical Max Gradel being a petulant twat. But given that he scored, he's recent loss, and the fact that Brett ****ing Pitman in the future might one day hope to be fit to clean Max Gradels boots (and thats says more about Pitman than Gradel) well done Gradel. Bloody hell. I read all that waiting for the reservations to surface. Some days are diamonds.

MPH Posted 21 November 2007 Posted 21 November 2007 Great does anyone know what formation Ollie uses? im assuming if its 4-4-2 then gradel will be in with a shout, but on the current formation i dunno how an out and out winger can be one of the middle men or a wing back... Disclaimer: NOT a post to discredit the skills of gradel.

Ric Flair Posted 21 November 2007 Posted 21 November 2007 Haha Flair 0 Team Fallon 1 (Rory Fallon 74) A late flag from the lady linesman, Fallon is going absolutely berserk. There could be contact from the FA in the morning.
Thracian Posted 21 November 2007 Posted 21 November 2007 So which one is it? Which would you think? Perhaps we should have a poll.
Manwell Pablo Posted 21 November 2007 Posted 21 November 2007 Which would you think?Perhaps we should have a poll. I've had a look about, general opinion is it was until January but Bournemouth extended it on August 31st to May. No rush anyway season away will do him good. He'll get his chance next season if he continues to impress. Besides if he does come back you'd be pretty much condeming Bournemouth to relegation and thats just mean.
Fez of Mahrez Posted 21 November 2007 Posted 21 November 2007 Telford Washing Machines would crush both Team Flair and Team Fallon.
Manwell Pablo Posted 21 November 2007 Posted 21 November 2007 Telford Washing Machines would crush both Team Flair and Team Fallon. I take it you mean literally, and by the method of dropping a suspended washing machince on above mentioned teams.
The People's Hero Posted 21 November 2007 Posted 21 November 2007 Telford Washing Machines would crush both Team Flair and Team Fallon. Ignore the Taunton Town war machine at your peril.
Chairman of the Bored Posted 21 November 2007 Posted 21 November 2007 Gradel and Brett "Chicken" Pitman involved in on-pitch argy-bargy over who took pen last night. 'Kin hilarious if anyone saw it..... Bond is relieved after narrow win Bournemouth boss Kevin Bond admitted his side "didn't deserve to win" after they narrowly beat non-league side Barrow 3-2 in their FA Cup replay. "With it being so late in the game, we were expecting it to go to penalties, but it turned for us right at the death," Bond said. "So we're just thankful and grateful to be in the next round. "Barrow pushed us all the way - their front two were a handful - and we looked tired, jaded and nervous." The Cherries manager was also left to reflect on the aftermath of the award of the penalty from which Max Gradel equalised to force extra time - after an on-pitch argument with team-mate Brett Pitman over who should take the spot-kick. "Brett was going to be our penalty-taker, and Max knows that," Bond explained. "To be fair, Max only showed up at half past five - I hadn't seen him since we played Crewe (on 6 October) as he'd been on compassionate leave after his mother died. "He'd flown in from France, I didn't know what to expect from him, but he said he felt up for it. He's done a miracle to play. "There's no way I would have played him under normal circumstances, or Warren Cummings who hasn't had a reserve game - but we had to because of the (injury) situation we're in. "We all know why Max wanted to take the penalty - he's an impetuous young man, he knew it wasn't his job, but what can you do? "I was just thankful that it went in the back of the net. "From a confidence point of view, we've been smashed to pieces tonight."

Geo V Posted 23 December 2007 Posted 23 December 2007 Does anyone know if he is back with us, on loan or what is happening with Gradel?
