Oh, i'm just going on the amount of times the ball hit the back of the net. Scotlands goal = offside Italy's 2nd = not a foul Italy's disallowed goal = not offside. 0-2.
Matt Posted 17 November 2007 Posted 17 November 2007 I know we still have a long way to go, and even if Israel do win we still need to go and get a draw which we will probably make hard work of but the sweaty socks on Sky Sports in the studio and commentating before the match all they could say is keep advertising the Israel v Russia match and kept saying "And England don't qualify if Russia win" every 5 minutes...Well - Who's not qualified now ah?! I actually wanted Scotland to qualify but only if England qualified, I like a good old England v Scotland match - Euro 96 BUT if Scotland qualified and England didn't next summer would be hell.

Now we've switched places, they won't like that...but yeah the Tblisi trip cost them...they were already planning for a Hampden showdown against Italy.

Man U deserved to win the title though because they did the job over a number of games.
