Don't know why I'm doing these tonight as I can barely stay awake but here goes:

Fulop - 8 - fine handling and a few good saves from point blank range.

Maybury - 4 - He and stearman were both woeful in the 1st half, neither defended, neither attacked

Kisnorbo - 6

McAuley - 7 - Without him I think we'd have been 2/3 down at the break.

Mattock - 6

Stearman - 4 see Maybury

Clemence - 5 - didn't challenge, didn't pass. And up until the 2nd half dare I say didn't give a damn either.

Kenton - 6 did ok filling in, baffled why King didn't start though.

Sheehan - 5

Cort - 8 - Great touches, controlled most balls out of the air and leyed them off simply. didn't really threaten the goal as a striker should but was a massive improvement on his last few games. Well done Carl.

Hume - 6 - Looked very out of sorts again, gave the ball away far too much and rarely threatened. BUT did what all good strikers do score a vital goal even when playing off his game.

Subs

Chambers - 6 - looked pacey and very threatening down the right. A pity we didn't get the ball to him more often when he was on

King - 6

Decent point in my opinion. Not many teams will leave turf moor disappointed with a point and we certainly shouldn't Its also clear that injuries are playing a big part in this team currently. A fit John, campbell and chambers would be a huge benefit.

Plying 3 midfielders was a big gamble from Ollie as it felt like going back to the kelly days a decision a would possibly criticise had we lost but we didn't, it's a point gained rather than 2 dropped now lets move on.

Had a well good night :D Ollies Army:

Fulop: 7, Some Vital saves kept us in it.

Maybury 4: Looked very unfit

Kisnorbo 6:Ok, nothing special, got away with murder with silly fouls.

Mcauley 6: Ok, steady

Sheehan 4: Worst game in a Leicester shirt.

Stearman: 3, Get Rid.

Clemence 2: Shocking.

Kenton:5 Ok, lacked at times.

Mattock:5, Ok, Bad first half.

Cort 8: Worked his pants off, he wanted it more than anyone in the team. Fair play, some nice passes and touches.

Hume 6: Shit first half but proved himself lucky with his good finish.

Tevez Report.

Good Night

God Bless.

Brilliant, well done Cort.

I think Clemence may have stuggled due to the fact he was playing in midfield with 3 full backs?

Fulop 9 - Superb made some outstanding saves to keep us in it.

Stearman 3 - Feckin headless chicken.

McAuley 5 - Made some dreaful passes but some cruial interceptions also.

Kisnorbo 6 - Too many fouls tonight for my liking.

Mattock 6 - Decent passing tonight from him. Push up alot also.

Maybury 0 - PUT HIM ON A FREE TRANSFER (Clapped the fans off for some reason - NO ONE CLAPPED FOR HIM HAHA)

Clemence 3 - Had a bad game like Saturday, dreadful passing and tackles, not tough enough tonight.

Kenton 6 - Fine, decent few tackles, few good passes.

Sheehan 5 - Was out of position a lot, didnt get back enough.

Cort 6 - Held the ball up well, made some nice passes, got stuck up in tackles alot though.

Hume 6 - Great finish for the goal, kept loosing it, not his best game imo.

Kingy 6 - Made an impact.

Chambers 7 - Just the man for long balls over the top as long as STEARMAN doesnt do them, he is improving rapidly.

Crowd 7 - There was a few songs at the start, then it exploded when city put the pressure on and songs were being sung all the time, was a good atmosphere from where i was sitting at the top, well done all the rest of you who made the journey up. I can't get back to Leamington Spa myself so im staying in the Burnley Travelodge

His touches were poor, he gave away the ball so much. Might be the reason 'cos of the fullbacks. But he does not deserve the captaincy because he never lifts the team up, when they are down a goal.

Fulop 7 - Steady as a rock

Maybury 5 - Not match fit

Kisnorbo 6

Mcauley 6

Sheehan 5

Stearman 5

Clemence 4 - What on earth is up with the man? Not bothered for 70 mins, almost looked liked he'd had a bet on us losing.

Kenton 6

Mattock 6

Cort 8 - Well done sir. i only wish the boo boys had turned up tonight to witness that effort.

Hume 5 - Had he not scored he'd have been given less.

Chambers 6 for impact

King 6 but looks woefully short of pace.

Ollie 7 for his half time talk

Crowd 7 took the time to travel up and responded to increased effort in the second half. I assume from the numbers present that there wasn't a free ticket giveaway going on.

It's great to hear Cort played well, but i'm amazed considering Barber seem to be slagging him off all night.

I place 10 times more trust in the player ratings here than Barber' viewpoint, as I'm sure you do too.

just like saturday then, i think he should be dropped if he isnt playing the right football and dosent look like he cares.

Really? We are talking about John Barber here... :giggle:

Well done Carl Cort, that's exactly the kind of response you want. Hope he has a blinder at West Brom on Saturday and shoves the boos back down their throats...

this team selection worried me but on the OS Ollie said he want to try giving everyone a chance to play.

i suppose he is a unique situation where, as a manager, he has nothing to lose and do this.

but yeah i agree i'd like to see dj playing, especially with the wide men getting forward more now!!!!!

Wasnt there so can only go by your guys ratings, delighted for Cort that he played well. I wonder what kind of reception the fans will give him on Saturday??

It would seem that Ollie was right to back him after the Southampton game after all!!

just like saturday then, i think he should be dropped if he isnt playing the right football and dosent look like he cares.

Or maybe, just maybe, rather than binning him like last night's leftovers, Ollie should remind him he is a class player, and we the fans should show him some support. Clemence is a very good player, however I suspect he is exhausted by all the changes in manager, and has now put in a couple of poor performances and is losing his confidence.

Class is permanent, form is temporary.

I wasnt there but heard it on the radio and we seemed poor. How we got a point I dont know but I`d like to offer two ratings.....

Colin Gibson - 1 - Useless player for us, doesn't even know our players names and was regularly calling Stearman Dave instead of Richard, Sheehan was Sheenan and there were plenty of other classics. Cant we do better than this mullet displaying cock?

Barber - 0 - Was at his usually worst. Slagging off the team, saying we are shite and almost went up a notch when we went a goal behind. Im not sure about this bloke as I have heard he supports Derby or Forest is it? Why is he commentating on our games? I can remember once the Leicester server went down and I clicked the option for the radio for our opponents (I cant remember who we were playing) but it was so biased to that club and talking positive it was great and we get Barber, a twat who wants us to lose by the sounds of it.

if only life was like that and I would love it if he does but what is it about this squad that they cannot string together 2 consecutive good performances and are so maddeningly inconsistent

Those marks seem to concur with others and the general impression from travelling fans was a lot more complimentary than the radio commentary.

Two things I find hard to understand.

a) That the travelling fans sound relatively happy after a match which Colin Gibson and co suggested we might have lost between 8-1 and 12-1. Was it really as bad as the commentators implied?

b) Although I'm pleased for him and don't for a minute think he's deserved the stick he's had, Cort played his sixth Leaqgue match for us and has still failed to score a goal. Yet he collects an eight.

Don't misunderstand me. I accept he had a decent game. But can any striker rate an eight when he doesn't score? Was he really that good or were people offering a bit of support after a lot of unwarranted stick? That's a question not an implied criticism.

In short, yes. Especially in our team.
