AoWW Posted 26 December 2007 Posted 26 December 2007 Norfolk - somewhere between Thetford and Norwich, a few miles off the incredibly unscenic A11. Lived in Leicester for several years though - just off Glenfield Road. LE3 rocks!!!
Alexikokopops Posted 27 December 2007 Posted 27 December 2007 Melton then Barkestone-le-Vale then a village near Grantham (Ancaster) Ah, I know Ancaster. Pointless fact for everyone there. Sound.
MC Prussian Posted 27 December 2007 Posted 27 December 2007 I live in a scenic small town just outside of Schaffhausen, Switzerland. Including a proper view onto the Alps on a clear day. Oop nooth in the country, you might say. The Rhine Falls are also very close. So is Germany.
New England Fox Posted 27 December 2007 Posted 27 December 2007 I was born in Leicester and lived in Beaumot Leys (before it went to hell) for the first 6 years of my life. Then moved to Chesterfield for 6 years. Then moved to Weston-super-Mare for 12 years. Then I moved to Fort Lauderdale, Florida for a year. Then I moved to New Haven, Connecticut and have been here ever since. I get around me.

New England Fox Posted 27 December 2007 Posted 27 December 2007 good to know you ain't forgot the old english customs though mines a pint of stella I still have an English accent, although sadly not a Leicester one. I still get made fun of daily for how I speak but no doubt it would be about 10 times worse if I still had that Leicester twang.
