Being highly superstitious, I once did this when we were waiting on the news of a player we really wanted to sign and i'm sure he signed later that day. Here's hoping. Going back to Frank. he used to sweat a hell of a lot. I heard he was on tablets for it, the only thing he's ever had in common with Zinadin Zidane.

All Frank Sinclair moments are pure gold, it's impossible to pick any particular moment out for special praise. The totally pointless (and totally overweighted) back-pass always springs to mind when one thinks of Frank. Two own goals in a week must also be pretty memorable for everyone involved. We've not had enough defensive comedy in the last few seasons... just defensive cock. We need Titus Bramble to boost the comedy potential factor of our defence. After all, promotion isn't realistic this season, so let's just have some fun instead.

But it's still mathematically possible!! etc etc. By the same token, it's mathematically possible that I'll win the Euro Millions tonight, albeit probably with slightly more chance than City going up. One of Frank's goals in the right end stands out for me. I think it was Birmingham in the FA Cup and he found himself about 7 yards out with the ball and thumped it as hard as he could, the goalie diving for his life trying to get out the way. Think it nearly ripped the net off
