Thracian Posted 29 February 2008 Posted 29 February 2008 This is absolutely dreadful news Remember last season against Cardiff? I think people would rather not.
Alexikokopops Posted 29 February 2008 Posted 29 February 2008 Sweet Jesus, no. No! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
Fatbloke Posted 29 February 2008 Posted 29 February 2008 Hendo Will do just fine, you have to admire the guy`s attitude, he`s stuck with us despite the snubs he`s suffered !
Tommy G Posted 29 February 2008 Posted 29 February 2008 And I for one, am amazed that TommyG with his wiely sense of humour satire and sarcasem didn't sniff that one out. Cheeky pecker! :
UrbanFox Posted 29 February 2008 Posted 29 February 2008 Potential loan keepers:Thomas Sorenson Stuart Taylor Colin Doyle How about an audacious bid for Fabianski at Arsenal, he's not going to play for them anytime soon I can see him bringing in sorenson for a month would be pleased with that. how old is he anyway?? could be one to look at for next season cos he aint going to get a game at villa if carsons loan is made perm!
Jimmy Posted 29 February 2008 Posted 29 February 2008 He has been recalled. He was only on the bench at Stoke so that may have had something to do with it. I don't fancy the chances of an emergency months loan though. Especially after all that was said when the £3million issue arose. he was recalled because Darren Ward got injured

davieG Posted 29 February 2008 Posted 29 February 2008 Hendo it is, we failed in a bid to bring a keeper in on loan ! Well let's hope Hendo hasn't heard otherwise he'll be feeling particulary unloved and unwanted - would do wonders for his confidence!
Jonezy Posted 29 February 2008 Posted 29 February 2008 Last thing we needed.... Its getting harder and harder to remain positive.... Henderson, time to prove yourself!!!!
Fatbloke Posted 29 February 2008 Posted 29 February 2008 Well let's hope Hendo hasn't heard otherwise he'll be feeling particulary unloved and unwanted - would do wonders for his confidence! That`s a very good point, maybe the mod could delete the post for me, asap !
Bert Posted 29 February 2008 Posted 29 February 2008 I'm more excited about the prospect of Rab Douglas on the bench.
dog_4 Posted 29 February 2008 Posted 29 February 2008 marton fulop please, recalled from stoke already
lildave3 Posted 29 February 2008 Posted 29 February 2008 marton fulop please, recalled from stoke already If they recalled him because they need him as backup, why would they loan him to us now?
Messi Posted 29 February 2008 Posted 29 February 2008 all he needs to do is have a performance like he did against villa in the carling cup a couple of seasons ago.. **who am i kidding** what a waste of a fecking journey it will be tomorrow then. this is very bad, relegation is too close
Maybes Posted 29 February 2008 Posted 29 February 2008 marton fulop please, recalled from stoke already

I've got the line of a Millie Jackson song, which I haven't thought of for years, repeating in my mind:- "Get Down and Go Down". Whether it's been triggered by the "Too Good to Go Down" thread or whether it simply reflects my inner feelings about our predicament I don't know but I'd sure like something more cheerful to present itself.
Durnerz Posted 29 February 2008 Posted 29 February 2008 Either we get Thomas Sorenson on emergency loan or Henderson has the game of his life, either will do me.
RowlattsFox Posted 29 February 2008 Posted 29 February 2008 Do people realize we can actually win with Henderson in goal and we have done in the past? I know he's not a good keeper but hopefully we play well enough to mean he won't be busy. Its seems people have blamed a defeat on Henderson before we have even played.

He's not a good keeper, but I have a feeling no matter what he does tomorrow he'll be critisised.
