It could be music that helps you relax or something harder that helps you to get it out of your system before you actually kill someone! I need some suggestions - breathing deeply is no longer having the desired effect.

Enya (Sail Away) for simply relaxing and forgetting it all or Asia Alpha if I want to get in the car and blast out some defiance.

I may well be able to supply a link... let me know!! as for relaxing and calming down Spritualized ladies and gentlemen we are floating in space is an album that calms you down so much it's untrue the best chillout album ever
