AyewJoking Posted 14 July 2008 Posted 14 July 2008 Robbie Fowler to Blackburn. Didnt they learn their lesson with Jeffers (soon to be "captured" by City)?
Tilley Posted 14 July 2008 Posted 14 July 2008 M.Bent to Cardiff Bent wants to go to Birmingham. Cardiff & Bent have pulled out.
dandannieldanok Posted 14 July 2008 Posted 14 July 2008 Carson to Stoke it would seem... Strange how Liverpool have suddenly shed £6m off their initial price tag, probably why Villa are wrangling so much over the ridiculously overrated Gareth Barry.
Father Ted Posted 14 July 2008 Posted 14 July 2008 Bent wants to go to Birmingham.Cardiff & Bent have pulled out. Never completed the medical and wants to go to Brum instead.
Fox You Forest Posted 15 July 2008 Posted 15 July 2008 Junior Agogo to Zamalek (egyptian team) But when we held face-to-face talks things went really fast. He must be getting paid a fortune.
FleckneyFox Posted 15 July 2008 Posted 15 July 2008 Aberdeen have had a bid rejected for a young Tommy Wright at Darlington, He wouldve been useful this season if still around
RedHux Posted 15 July 2008 Posted 15 July 2008 Junior Agogo to Zamalek (egyptian team)He must be getting paid a fortune. Been on and off for a while this. Zamalek seem to be dodgy as anything but they seem to love him after his ACoN adventure. He was shocking when he came back. I think playing with Essien went to his head a bit. No loss.
Father Ted Posted 16 July 2008 Posted 16 July 2008 Ronaldinho to sign for AC Milan Shame. I wanted him to go to Man City. That would have been one massive coup.
Uncle Albert Posted 16 July 2008 Posted 16 July 2008 Shame. I wanted him to go to Man City. That would have been one massive coup. What a waste! Go to the best league in the world or play boring football in Italy. Ronaldinho is a candidate for one of the overrated players aswell.
Darkzzz_ Posted 16 July 2008 Posted 16 July 2008 Again the broken record pops up. Ronaldinho may have lost his form, but even I would have him over Ronaldo.
Uncle Albert Posted 16 July 2008 Posted 16 July 2008 Again the broken record pops up. Ronaldinho may have lost his form, but even I would have him over Ronaldo. Yea course you would. A has been or the World's best player in the world. Tough one.
Darkzzz_ Posted 16 July 2008 Posted 16 July 2008 Yea course you would. A has been or the World's best player in the world. Tough one. Best Player in the world Ok so he is a great player, but not the best. I wouldn't be the last to tell you that either. Like I have always said, I respect any one's opinions, because we are not here to argue like little boys, It is just a case of difference of Opinion's. Not to run away with the thread, I think this will be a good move for Ronaldinho. He needed this. A has been at 28 years old? Only time will tell. As ever Albert I appreciate your input.

Ok then... how cant Cristiano Ronaldo be classed as the best player in the world? There was nobody better than Ronaldo in the world last season.
Darkzzz_ Posted 16 July 2008 Posted 16 July 2008 Ok then... how cant Cristiano Ronaldo be classed as the best player in the world? There was nobody better than Ronaldo in the world last season. Sure, he was fantastic. I would even agree with you that he was the best last season. Look at what he won, it only suggests how much of a great season Manchester United had on the whole, not Cristiano Ronaldo United. But to me the best player in the world is Lionel Messi. So he won nothing last season. But all round he is so much more creative than Ronaldo and certainly more of a team player. I have seen Ronaldo and Messi with my own eyes and Messi excited me a lot more. Ronaldo is similar to Ronaldinho believe it or not, in terms of the big game player. He goes missing a lot. Messi, although he is not super human because everybody has a bad game from time to time, he always seems to create something special, even when he is having the shit kicked out of him, just like two other genius players, Maradona and Baggio, no matter how many times they had players on them, they always seemed to do something special. Ronaldo just goes down and moans when this happens to him because he cant hack it.
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 17 July 2008 Posted 17 July 2008 But to me the best player in the world is Lionel Messi. This is true.
Unknown Fox Posted 17 July 2008 Posted 17 July 2008 Strange how Liverpool have suddenly shed £6m off their initial price tag, probably why Villa are wrangling so much over the ridiculously overrated Gareth Barry. I swear Liverpool wanted £10 million for Carson half way through last season, when Villa wanted to make the deal permanent, so yeah very strange
