Number 6 Posted 9 June 2008 Posted 9 June 2008 Greece, Austria and Switz all seeded caused this. I rekcon France 1-0 Romania, Holland 0-1 Italy. None of the games thus far have been goal crazy, I don't expect these to be any different.

I can see the Dutch defence struggling to cope with Toni, but the Dutch going forward should be a test for the Italian defense. Can't wait. Predictions. France - Romania: 1-1 Holland-Italy: 1-2 (still support the Oranje though, but brain says Italy....)

I hope that this isn't the case but I can't say that I was too impressed with them at Germany 2006. If it is the case then I cetainly won't be cheering them on. I fancy Italy to beat them 2-0, with France beating Romania 2-1.

MC Prussian Posted 9 June 2008 Posted 9 June 2008 Err... What a bore draw. Romania was cautious not to lose this one, as they are the underdogs in the group. France wasn't able to put the foot on it, because they're France and they always start slow in tournaments. To quote my TV commentary: "In ten minutes we won't be talking about it anymore, but it was on a high level." Pfft.
