Floating Fox Posted 6 July 2008 Posted 6 July 2008 Pooperscooper. I missed it. Repeated Thurs/Friday. Was brilliant. Loved it when they bumped into May. Genius, loved Clarksons rant about the Spanish as well!!
Samilktray Posted 6 July 2008 Posted 6 July 2008 The line about the colour he sprayed the Alfa was hilarious. 'National colour of Ecuador'
lildave3 Posted 6 July 2008 Posted 6 July 2008 Watching ep 2 now. That police challenge from the first ep was quality too. God this show is good.
Tommeh Posted 6 July 2008 Posted 6 July 2008 Brilliant as usual. Would love to see what clarkson actually shows on the screen from the internet!! Best bit was when they held up all the cars on the track and Hammond slyed them out getting 1 point!
Bryn Posted 6 July 2008 Posted 6 July 2008 Really enjoyed tonight's episode, absolutely hilarious. I don't think I've ever laughed so much at an episode.
Joe. Posted 6 July 2008 Posted 6 July 2008 You've got to love their £1000 challenges. I don't care if it's scripted or not, it's television gold.
blue blood Posted 7 July 2008 Posted 7 July 2008 yesterdays top gear was very very funny, made up for last weeks let down. + they were in leicestershire!
General Smuts Posted 7 July 2008 Posted 7 July 2008 Last 2 posts ^^^ are both spot on. Yesterdays ep was the best of the series so far. Hilarious and twas in Leicestershire. Top banana.

Guest Bilo Posted 7 July 2008 Posted 7 July 2008 Just watched it on iPlayer. May's GTV actually looked quite tidy, they were lovely machines in their day. Funny as hell, loved Clarkson's Spanish rant.
Matt Posted 7 July 2008 Posted 7 July 2008 You've got to love their £1000 challenges. I don't care if it's scripted or not, it's television gold. Exactly. Could be scripted all they like but as long as its the same concept and makes me laugh I don't give a fook. Thing i'll watch this one again on Friday if i'm in. Infact I can watch the same episode time and time again, it rarely gets boring.

Samilktray Posted 13 July 2008 Posted 13 July 2008 What an episode. That reinforced my love for Japan. Would love to go there.
Flynny Posted 13 July 2008 Posted 13 July 2008 Not bad. Not one of the best but mostly as good as ever.
Finnegan Posted 14 July 2008 Posted 14 July 2008 Keira Knightly = Ironing board with a face :crylaugh: Watching it now on BBCiPlayer. Nearly spat my tea everywhere, this is a great review. Also - I'm not really into modern sports cars, normally, but I really want one. "That'd be like vomiting on the pope.... sorry!"
