Saint-Étienne.

Im now going to educate myself on them to the best of my lazy ability.

I have seen Atalanta fans in action, very loud, very intimidating.

Even worse when they get beat, I was out of there soon as possible.

Sounds mad but out of all the places I have visited through europe for work or pleasure, German soil has never graced my feet.

Will have to get out there, I would love to see Schalke play.

The lads I went with have just been out again at the weekend to see Bochum away at Schalke (Local derby) and they went in the away terrace :w00t:

Ha. In Canada they have a Serbian and Croatian team and whenever they play there is rioting and everything lol

They won't make it far, the Croatian sides that is. All their 'star' players :rolleyes: which is only Kranjcar in my eyes, modric is overrated play abroad. I can see a British side doing well this year...

Also, if you want a team to support try Borac :crylaugh:

To be fair, he was a fantastic engine during the Euros and worked out many openings...

How long you going over for? Theres a few teams near/in Munchen, and the 2nd & 3rd Divisions also play on Fridays & Sundays...Thats how we managed 3 games! You should look into getting to another game, some of the smaller teams have lovely setups.

Look forward to seeing your pics though :D

Sampdoria are the team for me. I shall be keeping everyone informed on their welfare and give a run-down of the players etc. Have had a soft spot for Sampdoria for years.

They drew their first game of the season 1-1 with Inter at home, which isn't a bad result really.

They have got Antonio Cassano on a permanent deal this season, which is a great signing for them. If he keeps his head, he'll score a lot of goals for them, he got 10 in 22 for them on loan last season.

Samp have also signed a young Uruguayan striker called Bruno Fornaroli who is lethal.

Claudio Bellucci is getting on a bit now, but he's still prolific from upfront/wing.

Hoping for a big season from them.

I do like Napoli as well though, but Darkovic is taking care of them.

OK, I like lildave's idea. I need a team to cherish abroad. Somebody give me one (not too stupid though, I actually need to be able to follow them).

Or if somebody else has another idea how to do it randomly? Not sure whether I can knock something up on Excel if enough people want to do it.

I reckon you should follow Sporting Lisbon or Borussia Dortmund.
