mmarkie Posted 13 September 2008 Posted 13 September 2008 Fryatt just ruins our team he's slow and contribute's nothing either Dickov or Campbell, personally i think Campbell deserves a chance but people will probably disagree with me or Dickov looked good when he came on. BTW Howard was awesome today.
Corky Posted 13 September 2008 Posted 13 September 2008 I hope this is a joke. Fryatt has looked a different player this season, he had a poor match today though. However, he is much better than Dickov or Campbell and is making a good partnership with Howard. If you are joking then I apologise for taking this seriously.
Matt Posted 13 September 2008 Posted 13 September 2008 :crylaugh: Oh well, everyone has there own opinions

He's in the form of his life.
Corky Posted 13 September 2008 Posted 13 September 2008 6 goals in 7 (i think) games so far this season. He's in the form of his life. Not good enough for some obviously. They were probably the prats walking out behind me who booed
DB11 Posted 13 September 2008 Posted 13 September 2008 Come back tomorrow and re-read this. You'll take it back... just pissed off cos he had a bad game I think :)

Nobody was awesome today. Out of 10, the word awesome would be on par with a 9/10, whereas nobody could have been given higher than a 6 today. Fryatt and Campbell were both poor last season. Both have been given another chance this season but only Fryatt seems up for it. It would be unfair to make Fryatt a scapegoat today because nobody had that good a game. I'm guessing today was your only game this season because Fryatt has been one of our better players so far this season.

Yes, 6 goals in 7 games is awful. I am a prat for thinking he should be playing So have I, and he's scored four goals. Rubbish. Pathetic.
Thracian Posted 13 September 2008 Posted 13 September 2008 There is nothing wrong with our basic team that some renewed sharpness training, some free-kick/corner practice and some routines involving a change of tactics wouldn't put right. Yes, the team has its weaknesses but nothing dramatic and if today's defeat had to be put down to one thing it was the human error of Gilbert taking his eye off a simple pass and conceding possession which subsequently lead to goal. Until that happened we were dominating possession and Millwall, while always combative, were very subdued.

Asha Posted 13 September 2008 Posted 13 September 2008 I think your the prat mate for thinking that Fryatt should be playing he hasn't played well in the last few games do i think it's time for a change. Mate, 6 goals in 7 games. Scoring is his job, and he's doing it.

Shame you can't read match threads or newspapers to find out how well he played at Cheltenham...and what the hell were you watching during the Tranmere game? Oh hang on...I can tell you: Fryatt 7- Average until he scored then he played well. To say "he hasn't played well in the last few games" is moronic all things considered.
Benji Posted 13 September 2008 Posted 13 September 2008 I don't think he has played that well but he is a striker and he's scoring on a regular basis. For that alone he has to play however frustrating his 50 touches are.

Yet in the previous two home games, Fryatt has been arguably Man of the Match. Yes he didn't have the best of games today, but then again who did?
Jon the Hat Posted 13 September 2008 Posted 13 September 2008 They had a change today, not scoring. Back to the nicely developing habit of scoring in every game!
Nugent Posted 13 September 2008 Posted 13 September 2008 6 goals and you think he should be replaced! Everyone has an off game now and then.
clazkel Posted 13 September 2008 Posted 13 September 2008 I can't believe some are saying to drop Fryatt as he had a poor game today! Who had a good game today? What service did Fryatt actually get? Maybe if he got decent service from midfield he would've played better! Why look at making changes up front, why not the midfield as they didn't support the strikers today
syston_fox Posted 13 September 2008 Posted 13 September 2008 I've been to every home game this season! So you've seen him score 4 goals in 3 games and say he should be dropped? Has someone had one to many fizzy drinks tonight?

Go wipe your arse u knob sucking delirium boy!! Fryatt's CRAP!!! and has aways been CRAP!! 1 Dickov should be in the team, in place of Fryatt FOR THE REST OF THE SEASON!! 2 Gradel looked U/S and should of been subbed at H/T!!!! 3 We have Only played one team in the top 6 places in league one (((AND LOST))) we are an average team in a poor league (((((((((((((((((Nothing More)))))))))).........
