rico Posted 11 March 2012 Posted 11 March 2012 Love haslet and will try your suggestion. I usually get 300g from Sainsburys thinly sliced as It's tasty and cheap 36p per 100g, you can't go wrong. The women behind the counter hates me though as her arms dropping off when she's finished slicing.

Webbo Posted 16 April 2012 Posted 16 April 2012 I have to say I'm slightly suspicious of any man who can cook anything more complicated than a fried egg sandwich.
Trav Le Bleu Posted 16 April 2012 Posted 16 April 2012 I made Yorkshire Pud last week for the first time. It rose and everything, but was a bit thin on the bottom, think I spread it out too much. Still, I was pleased with myself.
Rincewind Posted 16 April 2012 Posted 16 April 2012 eating a stew type thing now. A combination of tinned soup, meat veg and other delicacies that are tinnable and microwaveable When I first moved into my flat though I was more adventurous. Every Sunday it was roast chicken or meat with baked potatoes veg and even a Yorkshire pud sometimes. Together with soup and sweet. Then I discovered that the pub I visited whilst waiting for it to cook did Sunday Lunch at a reasonable price. So ended my Gordan Ramsey days in the kitchen.

Trav Le Bleu Posted 17 April 2012 Posted 17 April 2012 There's so much humour to be had from typos, poor grammar and bad punctuation. EDIT: Yes, this post is editted because I made a spelling mistake.

OriginalRobboFOX Posted 17 April 2012 Posted 17 April 2012 Man food last night: Three pieces of bread grilled either side for a few mins then add a mix of spring onions (slightly withered), sandwich ham and beef (went off on 10/4/2012), and grated mature cheddar (slightly mouldy), grill again for couple of mins, bit of Worcester source to top it off.... Beaut.
