Kilworthfox Posted 17 December 2008 Posted 17 December 2008 Odd. What are the logical reasons for that? We are going to play him? He is not a priority to get out of the door? I.E Not high wages?
Candidcamera Posted 17 December 2008 Posted 17 December 2008 IMO he is one for the future and could break into the team at any time. Not one that needs pushing out on loan I would think a few managers would snap him up.
maddog Posted 17 December 2008 Posted 17 December 2008 Who is knowitall? It has to be a young squad player, they are the only coky sort who would think their good posting info on here. Theres only a certain few it could be, if its a club employee who is not a footballer then it is extremely unprofessional to be posting info on this forum, a player will probably get away with it though. Im gona say Cisak, or Craig King, or Luke O Neil, or Rowe Turner. One of them.

maddog Posted 17 December 2008 Posted 17 December 2008 oh shut up you tart, he clearly knows what he's talking about where as you talk more shit then the average fly can eat in a life time where did i say his information was wrong? Its unprofessional to release confidential infotmation, hes obviously a player. If hes caught he will be in trouble thats why he will never tell us who he is. A first team player wouldn't be so dumb or a high earner. As i said in other post so easy to wind up

Thracian Posted 17 December 2008 Posted 17 December 2008 2 words explain this...LLOYD DYER Just as was the case with Porter and Gradel, people are seeing that Dyer doesn't look so hot now he's been sussed and is getting cloosely marked. Of course first people said Porter wasn't good enough, then Gradel and for the very first time this week spomeone mentioned the idea of perhaps dropping Dyer. It's nonsense of course just as it was and is nonsense to say the other two aren't good enopugh. The truth is that we are not expanding or changing their roles enough and making planning difficult for the opposiition. Babs says Pearson has earned our trust but then Babs is a known loyalist where managers are concerned and at least he has something of a case for once with this one. But I'm not so sdure. I think Pearson is essentially cautious. Something clearly happened with Porter and, as in the past with others sidelined in the past under opther managers like Sheehan, King, Dodds, none of the journos seem to have the bottle to ask Pearson precisely why he's constantly sidelined. I understand their reticence. Pearson makes an art form of saying next to nothing but it doens't surprise me that it has happened. It often seems that people become non-persons at Leicester. The communication is awful. There may be a reasonable explanation. Indeed I could think of several possiblilities. But he's out, Gradel seems to be going the same way, Dyer's form has dipped and all because our club has not learned to get the best out of any of them. Pearson is top of the League with a strong and deep squad and with enviable support. But he's proved nothing to me yet - except that he's got a reasonably good eye for a player and he's got a no-nonsense approach to management. What perhaps sets the Fergusons of this world apart is that they can handle the flair players and make them do effective jobs as well. In our set-up, and not just under Pearson, we seem to restrict them too much. Porter, Gradel and Dyer in turn became easier to mark because they were exactly where defenders expected them to be. Ronaldo, on the other hand goes all over the place from right wing, to left-wing, to centre-forward. Rooney and Giggs also have licence. Pearson might be trustworthy to Babs but me, I think he should be learning that there's more than one way to skin a cat and more than one way to break down defences, particularly organised defences. Cos he'll have to learn in The Championship and beyond.

Thracian Posted 17 December 2008 Posted 17 December 2008 PEARSON OUT!!!Change the record. I don't want Pearson out at all. He's got a decent side together and collected points steadily in taking us to the top of the table. Even more remarkable he's won those points without us playing particularly well in at least threequarters of the games. But I don't think he's got or is getting the best out of everyone by any means. He's got lots of room for improvement.

More collective, than individually you might say... Imo, we have a better team than last season and we play better football. I see nothing to suggest this team would not cope in the championship against "bigger" clubs.

Imo, we have a better team than last season and we play better football. I see nothing to suggest this team would not cope in the championship against "bigger" clubs. We definitely have a better team than last seson. It's more settled, more organised, has more goalscorers, more creators and has more confidence. Who's underperformed? I see no reason to name em but seven or eight players have disappointed me. Some have had more opportunity than others but you have to be ready to make an impression when your chance comes.

smokey Posted 17 December 2008 Posted 17 December 2008 definately think a spell out on loan is needed here.he was brilliant against hull a couple of seasons back, and then against fulham and later against chelsea. real shame, as a very promising winger..and a decent lad as well. Get Real! Thats 3 games!! If he was as good as everyone is making out then why as he not forced the hand of the last 6 or so managers with some great peformances and hard work in training, not every manager is stupid. He is miles out is depth, get over it!

stevie909 Posted 17 December 2008 Posted 17 December 2008 Does anyone else just have a massive sense of longing to find out who this guy (knowitall - luckily i still remember levi) is? i mean don't get me wrong, he's great, but im just extremely intrigued as to who could have so much information. hmmm

Finnegan Posted 17 December 2008 Posted 17 December 2008 Whoever knowitall is, he's likely to have a longer, more succesful career as the FoxesTalk erm... know it all, if people stop trying to rumble him, shut up and just accept what he's saying.

I know. What is this? Let's all try and get him found out so he can get a bollocking/the sack and we can go back to listening to people whose mate's auntie cleans the toilets, telling us some bullshit that's about as useful as anne frank's drumkit.
