i think its rubbish i liked the normal chelsea dagger but the horn c**** it up and makes it shorter

it really is so camp with that goal horn, it would be better to go back to the old version, although i'd just prefer they got rid all together

I think it's a piss poor compromise by the club in an attempt to satisfy recent calls from fans, myself included, to get rid of the thing all together. It is not needed and is an embarrassment.

Broke my heart to hear a little kiddie singing the tune as he walked down Raw Dykes Road after the Peterborough game, nearly spoiled my day. :(

I like it loads - it is probably the singlemost best thing to have ever happened in football.

Ever.

It's amazing.

I hope we score more just so I can here it again - however you miserable fvckers celebrated a goal before it is beyond me.

Also what is the clips before the game from the Dagenham and Redbridge match with Fryatt's hat-trick before the match all about? Think it has been played before the last 3 home games? Fair enough play clips of the commentary when goals have been scored from the last match e.t.c, I quite like the idea tbh, but clips from the same game for the following 3 games or whatever?

Listening to the radio, I thought it was RL putting the goal horn in, and Ian Stringer was talking over it!

So what is happening now - do the club play the Goal Horn and Chelsea Dagger? :dunno:

Nothing against the Beatles and 'Hey Jude' and the Fratillas both bloody good bands.

But one's scousers from the 60s and t'other are Scottish.

If we do have to have warm up or goal music how about looking a bit closer to home?

I know its been dabbled with with before but with Kasabian giving Oasis a run for their money and being Leicester fans seems a bit more suitable.

Yep and it runs (badly) into Chelsea Daagger. It's not even a smooth transition.

TBH, I wouldn't mind the goal horn on its own and Chelsea Dagger gotten rid of. Having listened to far more games than I've been to, it's synonymous with City scoring for me.

But 22k fans can bounce around and love it when we score without being coreographed by an utterly wank song. Oh, and people have been complaining about the music since it came in, not just recently. When the music stops people stop moving and look confused, as though they don't know how to celebrate without some godawful sounds pumping out the PA. It's embarrassing.
