And on top of that, he's got a fierce shot on him and has scored some belters for Man Utd reserves. Feel a bit for any of our fringe players, hpoefully this with lift and spur them on rather than piss them off. When he first came o he had some decent give and go one touch football on the left. He then was wide open in the middle a couple of minutes later and then two minutes after that passed to Joe. Apparently a midfielder who can play in defense, looked like he was playing upfront at first. JoeyB Posted 23 January 2009 Share Posted 23 January 2009 Just been talking to a mate of mine who knows Tom (my mate only talks the truth) and he said that tom was looking forward to coming down here and playing, says its a big club with good fans and he wants to show he can play, like other loanees from utd have done before him. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Already looks like tom is going to be a good player. 10 mins 1 assist lets hope he can keep this up. I had the same feeling, he seems like the same type of creative midfielder to Mark and listening to his interview on Leicester City World, he says he has settled in well and he's enjoying his time here, looks a good player and level headed, got a feeling that if Davies does leave at the end of his loan this guy could step up to the plate, but not getting too carried away yet!
