demon_dog Posted 28 March 2009 Posted 28 March 2009 We've been lucky so far this season in that both Howard and Fryatt have been ever present in the squad. In the games where either of them have been missing we have struggled to score. However I feel that the team are more disfunctional without Howard than they are without Fryatt. Let's just hope Howard plays the remaining games and leads us into the Championship.

(???) Nobody was going to play any "football" in those conditions today. We are still a better footballing team than Peterborough as we were proving before they scored against the run of play. After that we looked clueless. It's all well and good to hope we keep it on the deck and pass it around more without Howard in the team but any team would find that difficult without two of their three ball-playing midfielders.

ALL our strikers have gone shit. 19 starts since his new deal, and just 5 goals for Fatty Fryatt. Hayles is ok for 20 minutes, Dickov still has another year on his deal so he will be here next season, as too will Fryatt and Howard. If i was NP, i would get rid of Chambers, Howard, Fryatt and Hayles, and if Dj doesn't want to stay him too and sign 4 new strikers.
