Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 6 April 2009 Posted 6 April 2009 £14?!?! Get yourself to Boots - L'Oreal, 2 for 1, £3.50 a go, doesn't look greasy, washes out easy, doesn't clump, good hold.
Samilktray Posted 6 April 2009 Posted 6 April 2009 The stuff hairdressers sell is don. Prices are a joke though.
MC Prussian Posted 6 April 2009 Posted 6 April 2009 Used KMS before, but I've found an even better replacement: Recommended through a hairstylist in Santa Monica and it only takes a teenie bit to get it done - lasts for ages.

General Smuts Posted 7 April 2009 Posted 7 April 2009 I remember last time there was a lovely blue moon.
Libertine Posted 7 April 2009 Posted 7 April 2009 Can't believe mine is still acceptable despite it being about 4 weeks since I had it done. Usually hate it by now.

Alexikokopops Posted 7 April 2009 Posted 7 April 2009 Don't listen to the man! It's good stuff. I'd be lost without that. £2.49 at Boots. Might pop out and get some now while I'm having a smoke.

Alexikokopops Posted 7 April 2009 Posted 7 April 2009 Nice unintentional word play there. Can we pretend it was intentional? Just this once?
Simi Posted 7 April 2009 Posted 7 April 2009 Once every six weeks? Less if there is an event with some potential at.

Merging Cultures Posted 30 January 2015 Posted 30 January 2015 Does anyone cut their own hair with a shaver? I'm thinking of just going with a number 3 or 4 all over. How hard is it to do the back and tidy up around the ears?

How hard is it to do the back and tidy up around the ears? I do 2 all over, around the ears isn't so bad - around the back is tricky, especially if you have a hairy neck like I do. You need to get a mirror set up behind you as well as in front. I usually just get the missus to tidy the neck up
