Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 25 July 2009 Posted 25 July 2009 Only 29!! Thought he was much older. I did, but I wouldn't want him anyway to be honest.
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 25 July 2009 Posted 25 July 2009 Ambitious. "Nothing ventured, nothing gained etc." Also, he only played 17 times for WBA last season according to their OS.
dandannieldanok Posted 25 July 2009 Posted 25 July 2009 "Nothing ventured, nothing gained etc."Also, he only played 17 times for WBA last season according to their OS. That was because of injury, before then he was first choice striker. Miller is a cracking player, WBA wouldn't let him go for a price we could afford.
lildave3 Posted 25 July 2009 Posted 25 July 2009 "Nothing ventured, nothing gained etc."Also, he only played 17 times for WBA last season according to their OS. Because he got crippled halfway through.
foxoffderby Posted 26 July 2009 Posted 26 July 2009 Ross McCormack. Just read that he would consider going to a championship club if Hull dont come in for him. He says Chopra and Bothroyd will be first choice at Cardiff next season and doesnt want to be sub or play wide right. Don't think we could afford though.

He is premiership quality and if cardiff put chops and bothroyd in front of him they are off their fooking heads.
AjcW Posted 26 July 2009 Posted 26 July 2009 No he isnt. Do you have the ability to back up your little comments or do I just have to put up with a couple of words to EVERY fooking THING I POST. Oh and if you could have the decency to reply to that PM it would be appreciated.

If you put a bold/italics/underlined in between the u and the c it would say FUCKING which would help emphasise your anger alot better, in my opinion.

foxoffderby Posted 26 July 2009 Posted 26 July 2009 He is premiership quality and if cardiff put chops and bothroyd in front of him they are off their fooking heads. Teamtalk.com He states he would consider a CCC club. Hes handed in a transfer request. Scotland international McCormack scored 23 goals for the Bluebirds after arriving from Motherwell last summer and only recently signed a new contract. However, he is now looking to quit the Championship side, with his agent revealing an agreement is in place which would allow the 22-year-old to leave if a Premier League club made an offer. Hull boss Phil Brown has shown an interest, with McCormack confirming he would be willing to discuss a switch to the KC Stadium. And he has explained his reasons for wanting a transfer by claiming Michael Chopra and Jay Bothroyd will be manager Dave Jones' preferred striking partnership this season. "It looks to me like Chops and Jay will be starting up front," McCormack told Wales On Sunday. "That is fair enough, but obviously if that happens I'm going to be looking to leave because I've got to think about my place with the Scotland team. "Everyone thinks I'm a winger because I played there a few times last season and I've played there for Scotland. "I'm a striker. I'm here to score goals. I want to score as many goals as I can. "As far as I'm aware there have been no offers for me. Everyone knows I'm supposed to have handed in a transfer request, but it did not really happen. "I won't be going to Celtic, but anywhere in England. People are saying Hull are interested, but they have not put a bid in. "I would be interested in Hull and I'm sure there are a lot of Championship clubs too. "But Hull have not affected my decision. It is just because I don't see myself playing and I've got to leave. "The chairman and the manager have said if the right offer comes in I can leave, but I'm a Cardiff player until I'm told differently. "I'm not going to say I'm happy at Cardiff, but while I am here I am going to give it everything."

Ultra Posted 27 July 2009 Posted 27 July 2009 Some discussion on the 606 site about David Healy. That wouldn't be the worst option we could go for..
Ultra Posted 27 July 2009 Posted 27 July 2009 It's not a rumour as such - just a suggestion a poster made on there. Like I said, we could do worse..
lcfc_jme Posted 28 July 2009 Posted 28 July 2009 I think we should do what all successful teams have done, to be honest. Build a core of strong, black (mainly) African players and just physically dominate every team going.
THEfox Posted 28 July 2009 Posted 28 July 2009 Garry O'Connor on loan from Brum, yes please! - don't think we could afford him outright
StanSP Posted 28 July 2009 Posted 28 July 2009 Mikael Dorsin. Left Back. At Rosenborg. He's good on FM09
