Tommeh Posted 9 June 2009 Posted 9 June 2009 Are you swapping ends after 6 minutes or is there much point ? No chance. I seriously think 15 mins is pushing it let alone 12. Used to doing 20 each way in this format.
DB11 Posted 9 June 2009 Posted 9 June 2009 How do you wanna decide who gets kick off? After a goal is scored, is play restarting from centre kick or just the goalkeeper rolling the ball out?
isaidno Posted 9 June 2009 Posted 9 June 2009 How do you wanna decide who gets kick off? After a goal is scored, is play restarting from centre kick or just the goalkeeper rolling the ball out? Toss of a coin for kick off ? , restart from centre kick By the way, I'm wearing orange, trying not to clash with any of the teams
DB11 Posted 9 June 2009 Posted 9 June 2009 Toss of a coin for kick off ? , restart from centre kickBy the way, I'm wearing orange, trying not to clash with any of the teams Would that not take too long? I dunno what to wear. The only thing I have is a bunch of green bibs for when I referee 7 a side Green is taken Black is taken I don't make a habit of stocking bright orange tops

Bakey Posted 9 June 2009 Posted 9 June 2009 Got a pink top DB? Why not try a drop ball for kick off? Could have got the new Barcelona away kit but its orange i think. Will be to late to order off of internet though.
AmericanScott Posted 10 June 2009 Posted 10 June 2009 Anyone fancy making a DIY trophy for the winners? All you need is tin foil, plastic bowl, kitchen roll tube and your imagination. Shall i make one? p.s- it's my day off so i'm quite bored and have nothing to do. Only have one cigarette to last me the day so this could keep my mind off it

Joe. Posted 10 June 2009 Posted 10 June 2009 What's car parking like at St.Mags? I can't remember what the situation is there...

Dr The Singh Posted 10 June 2009 Posted 10 June 2009 What's car parking like at St.Mags? I can't remember what the situation is there... pay and display, it will cost alteast £2 to park for the whole duration!!
AmericanScott Posted 10 June 2009 Posted 10 June 2009 Okay i've just finished it. What was supposed to be a little project for myself to do turned into a family task in constructing this thing. I hope you're not expecting the European Cup . It's amazing what you can do with tin foil, the top half of a 2L bottle of coke, an old mobile phone box, a tube, old thick wire and tape. I'll get some pics up of it later when i can find some batteries for my camera. I have a feeling you'll all laugh at this but it's just a bit of fun.

I can't remember what the situation is there... pay and display, it will cost alteast £2 to park for the whole duration!! I think it was £3 for 3+ hours. You can park over by the ruins for free and on Abbey Park Road near the ruins entrance but it's usually quite full. 5 to 10 minute walk, if you go via the Cafe you can get yourself a breakfast on the way.
AmericanScott Posted 10 June 2009 Posted 10 June 2009 Be prepared to laugh! Here is what any of the 6 teams could get their hands on It looks much better in person. I promise.
