surrifox Posted 7 August 2009 Posted 7 August 2009 He's waited three tests to have a rant like that. yes we really showed who's boss at cardiff !
James. Posted 7 August 2009 Posted 7 August 2009 Bloody hell even Mitchell "Barn Door" Johnson is getting in on the act. I hope Prior has sorted his back out.
Budweiser Posted 7 August 2009 Posted 7 August 2009 fook me, just fook me. That's my ticket to the last day slowly a waste of money.
Corky Posted 7 August 2009 Posted 7 August 2009 Bell. We need big innings from Cook, Collingwood and Prior now.
purpleronnie Posted 7 August 2009 Posted 7 August 2009 Well I thought I'd get up early put the cricket commentary on, sit on my terrace and have a great day off. Switched it on and were 3 down already. Might go back to bed. The commentators are questioning why england chose to bat in great bowling conditions? Sounds like a strange decision.

Milky Posted 7 August 2009 Posted 7 August 2009 Ponting said he would've batted too. Looks like a good toss to lose for him.
Edmund Posted 7 August 2009 Posted 7 August 2009 Can't believe how quickly the wickets are falling. It was always inevitable Australia would come out all guns blazing. They showed they were a class above first test and it was only a matter of time till they found their form again.

Last time I remember that happening was at Edgbaston in 2005 when Australia won the toss but chose to bowl when it was perfect batting conditions. Here's hoping to another like that, although it's looking pretty woeful at the moment!
James. Posted 7 August 2009 Posted 7 August 2009 That's better, smashing Johnson about a bit. Pick on the weak, England. Prior doesn't fuck about - 8 off the over.
James. Posted 7 August 2009 Posted 7 August 2009 TAAAAAAAAAAIIIIIIIIIILLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL
Wycombe Fox Posted 7 August 2009 Posted 7 August 2009 ...if our middle order plays sensibly then we could still post a big total. Chocolate fireguard springs to mind 63 for 5
Wycombe Fox Posted 7 August 2009 Posted 7 August 2009 Has a Test-side ever been all out before lunch on the first day?
