Linvoy Primus is trying to buy Leicester in my 6th season from Milan Mandaric.

Thats what I love about Football Manager career saves!

My decision not to spend Milan's cash on a bunch of old timers' wages is proving frustrating. Having been outbid for every young baltic playmaker known to man I am beginning to wish I'd just bit the bullet and given Deco what he wanted.

I had Deco and Riquelme as my centre mid pairing. Class act!!

can't play this anymore. when i try to start a match it comes up with an XML Parsing Error " Not well formed (invalid) token at line 218 of match screen".

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but doesn't work and the other computer it is installed on is stuck running a startup repair. Can someone please help me?

Primus decided that I wasn't the man to lead Leicester, despite the fact in my six years in charge, I've lifted two Premiership titles, one Champions League and a league cup. Oh and a Super cup and a few charity shields. But oh no, I'm not the man to lead them. Anyway, I'm now in charge at the Stanley!! My aim, to get them to the Premier league! Give me about 10 seasons and we should be there or there abouts.

I've just played on the Saturday, Monday and now the Tuesday?!

Any hopes of automatic promotion - gone.

EDIT - Or maybe not! Turns out everyone in the league played Sat, Mon and Tues for some odd reason. Anyway, I ended up spanking 2nd placed Southend 4-0 at Carrow Road on the Tuesday, leaving me 3 points behind with 3 games to go. And I have an easy run in, 3 of the bottom 5, whereas Southend play 7th, 9th and 4th.

Come on!

In 3rd season with Leicester.

Started very badly, with no wins in 7 games, but then realised I could change the tactics so its like FM 08, and now have started doing better. I'm 11th after 13 games.

Team:

GK: Stuart Taylor

RB: Carlos Diogo

CB: Digao

CB: Callum Davernport

LB: Jloyd Samuel

RM: Simon Davies/Matteo Alberti/Nestor Suaseta

CM: Abel Aguilar

LM: Max Gradel

AM: Ruben Olivera

ST: Omar Koroma

ST: John Carew/Adriano

Now unbeaten in 7, have moved up to 6th after 19 games.

Decided to start as Leicester. It's usually my first game on this but I went for Palermo because they were my PES Master League team too.

I always seem to fail miserably in The Championship so I'm not holding out on doing great.

Won all 3 of mine, but Southend took 7 points from their final 3 and so go up by a point. As it stood on the 64th minute on the final day I was going up <_<

Into the playoffs I go then, but seeing as I finished 3rd, miles ahead of the rest of the pack, i'll lose in the Playoff semis.

Finished first season with Leicester. PLAYOFF KINGS !! :thumbup: beat Reading in semi 5-4 on agg, then beat Newcastle at Wembley 3-2, 87 min winner from Galley. :chant::chant::chant:

Who did you chaps sign in your first season for Leicester? I've got barely any cash. Trying to flog off Morrison, Adams and Fryatt (who's ridiculously crap on this) just so I can sign some CBs and wingers.

Playoff Semi second leg: Norwich 0-0 Charlton

Playoff Final: Peterborough 0-1 Norwich

On loan John Bostock with the goal that gets me promotion :D

Don't sell Fryatt, he bangs them in and play Gradel constantly. Once he gets going hes amazing. Scores a load of goals and contributes constantly

Gareth Williams :thumbup: The old city player, He was 27, and got him on a free. At the end of the season he got Fan's player of the season :chant:

Ivan Bandalowski (spelling unsure)- 9k from a Bulgarian team, RB

Vladimir Weiss- Man City (loan) RM

Bolo Zenden- Free, LM

Emad Motaeb- cant remember where i got him, 180k, ST- 22 goals :thumbup:

Grant McCann- 120k, Scunny, CM scored 18 goals for me :thumbup:

Fryatt scored 20 goals for me so I would keep him. Got rid of Howard and DJ on loan, then use the excess wage budget for the transfer fees.

See now thats just stupid, just because you didnt know the joke about xerez doesnt make it annoying, other people on here might of been aware of it :dunno:.
